St Marys Hill Chapel is a fabulous detached holiday home with a wonderful hot tub set just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the bustling seaside harbour town of Tenby with its glorious sandy beaches. 

Beautifully and luxuriously furnished throughout to a high standard in a mix of modern and traditional pieces offering character and style with guests comfort in mind. Steps lead from the driveway into a useful glazed porch, opening onto the hallway. The spacious kitchen/diner with its modern fitted kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for preparing family meals and socializing round its central island, it is arched to the large dining table. French doors open to an enclosed paved terrace with lovely cane sofa and egg chair, enjoy a barbecue on a summer’s day, or a leisurely breakfast, or a coffee as it catches the morning sun. The welcoming sitting room has large comfortable leather Chesterfield sofas to relax on and the wood burner ensures a cosy feel even on the chilliest of evenings, an arch opens to a study area, a great spot for people to work or study while on holiday.

Stairs from the hall takes you to the very spacious bedrooms above spread over 2 floors, 3 of the 5 have ensuite shower rooms. All are beautifully appointed in rich colours with luxury beds and fresh white linen.

The enclosed rear terraced gardens rise behind the house with steps leading up to 2 lawn terraces, the 2nd has a small gravel patio with a bistro set, enjoy an evening glass of wine. This rear terrace enjoys the sun all day, but the highlight has to be the hot tub here, spend your evenings relaxing in the bubbles as the stars twinkle overhead soaking all your cares away.

Tucked away up a quiet residential lane, the heart of the medieval walled town of Tenby is just a 5 minute walk away, enjoy wandering its pretty cobbled streets, making the most of its range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Wander round its picturesque harbour with its colourfully painted houses, take a fishing or boat trip from here. A visit to Caldey Island is a real must, home to the Cistercian Monks, the atmosphere is very special. Children will love spending their days on the beaches, there are a choice of 4, all with glorious golden sands or try crabbing off the harbour wall. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal path to explore more of this stunning coastline on foot. Head east towards Saundersfoot or west to Lydstep. The views are breath-taking. There are a host of seaside villages each with their own facilities and beautiful sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive, make sure to visit Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth or Manorbier and Freshwater East and West.

There really is something for everyone with a host of family attractions including Manor Wildlfe Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, while golfers will enjoy the choice of courses to try including Tenby and Trefloyne nearby.

With everything on your doorstep, you can forget the car and truly relax while you are staying at this fabulous holiday home. To really enjoy a slower pace to life arrive by train, the station is only a short walk away.

£500 bond required. Part of the Bond covers the usage of the barbecue. If the barbecue is not left in the same, clean condition on your departure, £50 will be deducted from the Bond for rectifying this.

Care needed there are some unfenced drops in rear garden, as it is terraced. The larger drop is due to be fenced by the end of 2024.

The driveway, itself is located on an upward sloping hill, from the lane. There are five steps leading to the front door of the entrance porch way. The front patio is level, there is a small step from the kitchen onto the paved patio level itself. Access from the patio to the front steps is also provided through a wooden gate. There are five steps from the back door to the rear split-level garden. The garden sits on two levels with the upper level accessed by three further steps. The hot tub sits at the back of the upper level of the rear garden. The garden is lawned. The is a drop from the first level to the house which will be fitted with glass balustrade in November – December 2024. The hot tub is accessed by two steps to enter the front of the hot tub. On the ground floor of the house is the kitchen, dining room, living room, office / snug, utility room and downstairs toilet, all on one level. All downstairs flooring is wooden. The kitchen is all on one level, with a central island and four adjustable bar stools. The cooker is a low-level gas and electric range oven at a standard height. The middle floor is accessed by a staircase with a right turn. On the middle floor is a family bathroom, a super king-sized bedroom, a twin bedroom and a further king-sized bedroom with an en-suite. The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. The en-suite to the king-sized bedroom has a walk-in shower with a sliding door. The middle floor is all on one level, with the entire level carpeted, including the stairs. The third floor is accessed by a staircase with a right-hand turn. On the third floor are two king sized bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, both with walk in showers, with sliding doors. The third floor is all on one level and fully carpeted throughout including the stairs. All bedding and linen are hypo allergenic. There is external motion activated lighting on their driveway approach as well as the entrance doorway. All televisions have voice enabled remote controls. There is close public transport, including a rail station and bus stop nearby, both a 5-minute walk away.
