A refreshingly designed ground floor apartment adjoining the owners detached, executive style house in a quiet, attractive cul-de-sac. Swallows Nest is conveniently located for a ten minute walk down to the beach and village of Saundersfoot. The neighbouring pine Glen Woods offer an off road route to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and Glen Beach. The apartment has been creatively decorated and is comfortable, the spacious sitting/dining room providing a relaxing location; and a small rear garden offering an ideal area for families and couples wanting a quieter spot near to Saundersfoot's hustle and bustle.

Approach from A478 and then residential roads. Turn off the main road into quiet cul-de-sac. Two off road car spaces directly outside property on level concrete. Entry through wrought iron gateway – 75cm wide, onto path (80cm wide at narrowest point) leading to courtyard. Front door to property has a single 15cm step plus 7cm plastic door threshold. Doorway is 70cm wide. By arrangement guests can be met my owner to assist with luggage. Ground floor level accommodation is well lit, very spacious lounge/diner, gallery style kitchen with breakfast bar and ample work surfaces. 2 double interconnecting bedrooms with bathroom off main bedroom. Internal doorways are all 70cm, except kitchen at 65 cm and bathroom at 55cm wide. TV with teletext and sky. Guide dogs welcome. Small garden courtyard at side of property is level concrete with table and 4 patio chairs. Garden at rear of property is accessed via 6 steps (each 22cm) to upward sloping path to lawn (4ft drop securely fenced with wrought iron railing) and patio corner. Public transport (local bus service) approx 100metres to sheltered bus stop.
