The property is approached from the main road, through a private road (beware of potholes). Allocated parking is either alongside the property by parking on the kerb as the driveway is a little steep and will accommodate normal vehicles which do not have a low suspension The front door access to Sweet Retreat is to the side of the property via a garden gate which has a small step up to the enclosed garden and patio area. There are 3 steps leading up to the front door of the property. The front door opens into the kitchen and lounge. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom is via a doorway from the kitchen and directly through leads to a double bedroom which has access to a small bunk room and bathroom. The floor level remains the same level throughout.
