There is a twin bedroom with sea view and a shower room on the ground floor, while a spiral staircase leads to the first floor with galleried twin bedroom and ensuite shower room leading through to a compact double bedroom. Please mind your head as there is restricted headroom on the first floor.
The sandy beach of Broad Haven, perfect for children, as well as keen water sports enthusiasts is just approximately 350 yards away, as well as a well-stocked village shop, pub and selection of places to eat.
Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this glorious coastline on foot, or at low tide walk across the beach and round the headland to the village of Little Haven with its picturesque cove and range of pubs and restaurants to try. A horseback ride from the nearby village of Nolton is sure to be the highlight of any holiday.

The Granary is ideal for those who want a memorable self catering holiday, with sea views and the beach front only an approximate 5 minute walk away. The cottage, located on an incline but with a gradual approach. There are 2 parking spaces available in the dedicated car park at the rear of the property, from which, following initial access, the Granary can be entered. Initial access is via the front door. The car park is not lit, but street lamps from the neighbouring street and pay and display car parks ensure a reasonable level of light during the night. The car park has a tarmac surface and has a slight, gradual incline from the rear of the property to the car park entrance which is a distance of approximately 20 metres. On exiting the car park to the left, the surface continues to be of tarmac construction for a further 8 metres. The courtyard immediately in front of the property is surfaced in traditional flag stone which is uneven in places. The Granary is found in the left hand corner of the courtyard and can be accessed by following the flag stoned semi-circular path to the left around the fountain, a distance of 15 metres. The door to the property is a standard size 915mm wide and sits on a 10mm high stone door step. There is an external light to the property which ensures the area is well lit. The door leads directly into the main living area surfaced in terracotta quarry tiles which also surface the kitchenette and passageway to the shower room and rear bedrooms. The sitting area of the room contains two leather settees with occasional tables and a 32” television on a corner cabinet with a DVD player. There is a rug in front of the wood burning stove. The dining area consists of a table and six chairs. The table provided is 790mm from floor to the lowest point of table (under space), 850mm high and 6 upright chairs with no arms or cushions. All of the furniture in this area is freestanding and can be moved. The main living area is well lit during the day by natural light from velux roof windows and the main two sea view windows. During the night there is a mixture of wall lights and strip lighting. The dining area leads directly into the kitchen through a gap of 1020mm, which is step free level access. The cooker is free standing, with the oven door opening sideways. The worktop, sink and cooker top are 940mm above the floor. The kitchen is evenly lit by natural daylight and spotlights. The microwave sits on top of the fridge/freezer, which is 1530mm high. The kitchen houses the washing machine. All tableware and glassware is contained in wall units. Unfortunately the current design of the kitchen means that glasses and crockery cannot be moved from wall cupboards to lower cupboards. The internal hallway off the living area gives access to a downstair bedroom and a shower room via an internal door 750mm in width. The hallway is 800mm wide and has limited natural light with overhead lighting. The door opening to the downstairs shower room is 750mm wide and at right angles to the hallway. The flooring is of ceramic tiles which are meant to be non-slip, but in practice can be slippery when wet. There is a toilet standing at 425mm high. The wash basin is 810mm high. Lighting is via a small and very slim window, an overhead light and a strip light above the mirror. Both bedrooms have door openings of 750mm and are at 45 degree angles at the end of the passageway. The flooring in each are short pile carpets. The twin bedroom contains 2 x 3 foot beds set against opposite walls; they are 450mm in height from the floor to the top of the mattress. The gap between the beds is 760mm. Lighting is natural daylight and at night overhead lighting and table lamps. The double bedroom contains a 4 foot 6 inch bed which is 450mm in height from floor to the top of the mattress. Lighting is natural daylight via windows and the patio doors and at night overhead lighting with two reading lights set into the headboard. The upstairs gallery bedroom is accessed via very steep space saving stairs from the living area. There are 13 steps to the first floor. There is a supporting beam running across the width of the gallery, under which occupants have to duck to access the beds and ensuite bathroom. Please see the descriptive photographs for further information. The flooring is a short pile carpet and the beds sit 420mm from the floor to the mattress tops. As this and the ensuite are set in the eaves of the building, the ceiling in this area slopes downward from the centre giving restricted head height towards the walls. Lighting is natural via velux windows and from over bed spotlights above each twin bed. The ensuite bathroom is accessed via a central doorway, 750mm wide. The flooring is non slip laminate and contains a bath on a step 140mm high. An inset wash basin 800mm high and a toilet which is 420mm high. Lighting is via overhead spotlights. There is a large, communal garden area accessed from the tarmac in front of the courtyard which contains a large grassed area with a stone path, a barbecue and seating area, access via stone steps and a well which is surrounded by a small picket fence. A patio area provides pleasant sea views accessed via patio doors. There is a 170mm step from the patio doors onto a slate, gravelled surface directly opposite the garden gate leading onto the car park. There is a decked area for seating with outside table and chairs provided. The decking sits at 280mm above the gravelled area. This entrance can be used following initial access to the cottage. There are 3 steps from the patio to the garden gate, each 210mm in height.
Just wanted you to know that the week I spent at the Granary Millmoor, Broadhaven was lovely. Perfect area for walking and exploring. The Granary was very nice, well equipped and very suitable for my two westies who loved their holiday!
