The Old Butcher’s Shop is a detached cottage set right in the heart of the village of Little Haven, just a stone’s throw from the sea front. Originally, as its name suggests, it was once the butcher's shop. Beautifully renovated to create a cosy retreat for two with a contemporary seaside theme complimented by shutters and wood panelling. Four steps from the road lead up to the enclosed slate terrace to the front of the cottage where you can sit and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Step into the open plan living space with its compact, fitted kitchen and large L-shaped sofa where you can snuggle around the wood burning stove on those chillier evenings or when the weather is balmy open the French doors leading out to the terrace to the front and soak up the view over the village. One step from the lounge leads through to the welcoming bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Ideally situated there is a choice of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. The picturesque sandy cove is only yards away and is popular for swimming and sailing, at low tide walk round to the long, sandy beach at Broad Haven a favourite with surfers both beginners and professionals, as well as those who like a range of water sports, there is even a hire service for equipment here, as well as a further choice of seaside pubs and restaurants to try. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore over the headlands to the surrounding bays and coves, with stunning views over St Brides Bay. A wonderful romantic retreat for two to relax and explore this stunning coastline and all it has to offer.

We have had a super stay! Lovely sunny weather. Lovely place for walks, lots of coastal walks in the area from Broad haven to Little haven and down to Dale. Such a magical place.
We have had a lovely week. Great cottage. Just as we expected- in a wonderful location. Well equipped, comfortable & a great use of space.
Thanks Judy. We love the old butchers. Lovely little retreat. Little Haven is a very friendly village. We enjoyed meeting the locals in the swan and the corner cafe. We loved the wood burning stove which got well used, relaxing on the sofa and a great selection of DVD's. Comfy mattress and cosy bed.
Beautiful cosy cottage, wonderful stay. Thank you.
Well-equipped cottage in excellent location. Ideal for walking.
Lovely spot had a great time.
I would highly recommend The Old Butchers Shop Cottage for couples wanting a relaxing break. Just minutes from the sea and three excellent pubs/restaurants it makes for a perfect holiday. The cottage was immaculate and the decor was lovely.
