Accessed via A-road. Gravel parking up to front door. Main front door reached up one 9 inch step into front porch. Door into sitting room. Glazed door into dining room. 5 foot wide opening and 6 inch step from dining room into the kitchen. 2 doors through from kitchen into the bathroom. Stairs incorporating graduated 90 degree turn from dining room to landing. 12 stairs approximately 8 inches high. Doors from landing into both bedrooms. Low beams and eaves in both bedrooms. All rooms have excellent natural light as well as overhead lights and extra lamps. There is an external floodlight from the porch over the car parking area. 6 inch step from back door onto flat concrete patio/backyard.
