This was our first visit to Wales since we have been together. We remember visits with our parents when we were younger, On arrival we were met by Gina and Jason who are a truly friendly couple. The cottage itself was georgeous the nicest we have stayed in. We were shocked that you allow dogs as the cottage is just "luxury", The surrounding are perfect. poppy enjoyed the walks around the lake and meeting the ponies and sheep.Plenty of room to sit out in the sunshine which we were lucky to see.We will definately recommend and will be booking again for next year. Beautiful accommodation, beautifully appointed, visited the beaches at Barafundle-georgeous, Wisemans Bridge very nice and Pembrey which has an awesome beach-one side no dogs. Did scoot down to Pendine but very misty day so carried along the coast road the Tenby . The cottages are very well positioned for exploring Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and the Brecons. Once again we had a wonderful time here at Ty Coedwig!I would never have imagined that a holiday cottage could feel so homely at Christmas, But it did! Gina and Jason had decorated the house beautifully and the welcome pack was fabulous! Outside there were lights in the trees and a light up reinderr!! It is those extra touches which make all the difference, The weather was pretty grotty most days with torrentail rain but it didnt matter, We were grateful to return to a cosy cottage as were the dogs! this is the best cottage we have ever stayed in and cant wait to return, In fact the dogs are refusing to leave! Ty Coedwig is a very well presented cottage in beautiful surroundings and a credit to its owners. On Arrival we were made to feel very welcome and immediately felt at home. We had a really enjoyable stay, riding our mountain bikes in Brechfa and visiting various local beaches. Our chidren and westies also enjoyed their time here and we as a family would like to return in the future and will be recomending this accommodation to our friends and family. We would like to thank Jason and Gina for a very pleasant stay.
Had a lovely stay. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely cottage, Visited Laugharne, Tenby, Pendine, St Davids, Amroth, Solva, Llandeilo - enjjoyed them all. Hope to return to South Wales soon.
Beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous cottage. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility here. The cottage is well equipped to an excellent standard. We will visit again and will be happy to recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday
This was our first stay in Carmarthenshire, we were very impressed by the cottage by far the best we have stayed in, very well equipped and very comfortable. We chose this cottage due to the proximity to Brechfa forest, the forest offers tracks and trails for all whether on foot or on bike. Pembry beach is stunning and also dog friendly, but our favourite dog frinedly beaches in Pembrokeshire (Freshwater East and West) are still within easy reach. We will be back again soon to tackle the harder mountain bike trails in Brechfa.
