Alternatively, explore some of the maze of footpaths that lead up from the town to Carn Ingli (Mountain of Angels), behind, the views are breathtaking and well worth the effort. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline on foot. Newport has a strong community spirit with many events centering on the sea and its boat club, so water sports and sailing enthusiasts are well catered for, while keen golfers will enjoy the golf course overlooking the sea. Set on the mouth of the river Nevern, this tidal estuary teems with birds and wildlife. There really is something for everyone.

Main entrance door is reached by two steps (5 inches). The courtyard accesses the garden via steps with a hand rail. Further paved patio with garden furniture at the top of the steps. Ground floor facilities include an open-plan, kitchen diner and living area, study and ground floor toilet. Kitchen has worktops/breakfast bar and an electric AGA with low level oven doors. Well-lit sitting room with natural and artificial lighting. TV operated by remote control. TV den and utility room accessed across the courtyard by a seven inch step. Two bedrooms on first floor accessed by a carpeted, dog-legged staircase with handrail. Rear- facing bedroom has a walk-in shower/wet area and bath with whb/wc; second bedroom has a large bathroom with bath/overhead shower adjacent and whb/wc. Large en-suite bathroom/shower attachment/whb/wc and bedroom on the second floor. Both upper floors are carpeted throughout. Public transport (local bus service) approximately 400 yards away.
