The property is approached via a B-road then followed by one mile of a winding single track country road. There are two parking spaces on tarmac on the road outside the property with a level or gentle slope on tarmac followed by concrete 30 yards to the back door through a garden gate. The property also has parking for another car. Guests can stop outside the front door for loading and unloading, before parking in the allocated spaces. If booked in advance, guests can be met on arrival by the owner who will assist with luggage. The back door opens onto a lawned enclosed garden which is about 30 yards long with a gently sloping patio. The front door opens onto a gently sloping tiled path leading on to a concrete and tarmac driveway shared with the Dovecote and the owners. The ground floor is all on one level, with no steps or ramps. And there are no steps to the front or back doors, only threshold sills in the doorways. The bath upstairs has a handrail, and there is a handrail on the left hand side going up the stairs. The stairs are quite steep and awkward to use. The wet room/shower/whb/wc downstairs is on the same level as the rest of the ground floor, including the two bedrooms downstairs, and the bedroom next to the wet room has a 4ft 6in wide bed accessed one side only. The rest of the house has average to poor natural lighting (with good natural lighting over the stairs), but very good artificial lighting. All three TV’s can be operated by remote control. There is good external lighting right around the Farmhouse, operated from inside the front and back doors. Guide dogs welcome. The garden is enclosed and suitable for dogs. There are throws on all the lounge chairs and the sofa which can be machine washed. Public transport – there is a public bus stop for buses going to Haverfordwest one mile away at the bottom of the road, and a bus stop for the Coastal Path bus which is one and a half miles away in Broad Haven outside the Londis shop. The Haverfordwest bus, service number 311, runs approximately 6 times per day during the school term and approximately 5 times per day during school holidays. The Coastal Bus, the Puffin Shuttle, service number 400, travels between Marloes and St Davids and there are approximately 3 buses per day between May and September.

The Ross Party

A lovely home to spend such a splendid week weather wise, ideally located between the north and the south of the county ; we can never decide which we love best, each has its own magnificence, with the haven in the centre. A great dog friendly beach which our little girl adored daily. We so enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen! We echo all that's been said about cleanliness, good beds etc and all the little touches of games, cards and we didn't expect the internet connection. Thank you for a lovely holiday!!

Tami, Tim and their dogs Rolo & Honey

Having spent February 2013 here, we wanted to come back. What better way to spend my 40th Birthday. Only had 1 day that was a bit wet, other than that glorious sunshine makes the beaches look better (it that's possible). Found Marloes beach which we had the whole beach to ourselves, dogs loved it! Went to Broad Haven and had lunch at Little Haven for Birthday treat (lovely). Elderly parents joined us for a few days and struggled with cliffs so took them to Newgale, very flat and easy to walk on when tide out. Amazing rock pools and mum was nicknamed 'Dora The Explorer!' Again totally well equipped cottage didn't need or want anything, was hoping to light the fire but too hot! Will be back xx

Mr & Mrs Hall

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage- so warm and welcoming and very comfortable. Tic, Our dog, had her first time at the seaside and had a great time on several beaches and chasing seagulls.. We recommend the St Brides Inn as Little Haven for food and it's dog friendly!

The Penn Family

A beautiful cottage well equipped with everything you could used. The dogs loved the garden that was well fenced off, the beaches are great. They loved the rock pools and the sea, would like to take the cooker home it was great to cook on, Thank you very much for a very enjoyable week, will be back in the future!

Terry & Francis

Lovely, well equipped cottage. Wish it had been cold enough to use the log fire. Ralph being a Neyland boy was able to show us all the wonderful places he grew up and spent his youth. The beaches are beautiful!! loved the walk around Bosherston Lilyponds. Luckily the weather has been kind to us, mostly raining at night. Very homely! Dogs settled in well, it was good to share the experience with my folks and to see and spend time with my husbands family. I know its sad but got to say I loved the big kitchen and the range, was a pleasure to cook in. Happy times!!!

Becky, Steve and the dogs

Thank you for providing such a lovely, well appointed cottage. We got to play board games by fire light. Its a brilliant location, with Broad Haven a mile away. Things to definitely see/places to go : Marloes Sands, Newgale, Whitesands, Little Haven and Solva Harbour has great food! The Bishops in St David's had fantastic fish and chips!! Thank you again, we had such a lovely time!

Sandra, John and George Roberts

Thank you for letting us use your lovely Farmhouse Cottage. The property is quaint and very well equipped and comfortable. We have had a lovely relaxing break! The fire has been a feature in the evening.. It has been our lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier pups first holiday, he is 8 months old and has been great. Looking forward to returning again.

Louise, Fraser & Chris Young

We have had a lovely relaxing holiday and have really enjoyed the coastal walks and beaches. Newgale was a particularly favourite beach of ours. The cottage was very cosy and the log fire was the icing on the cake! There was everything that we needed for a self catering break and eating in was a real pleasure. Thankyou Alison and Gerald (owners) for a lovely break... Chris(age 10): I particularly loved this break and the beaches and while we were here i caught some shrimp. Thanks!

The Spencer Family!

We would highly recommend this superb cottage to anyone - providing they dont want to come at the same time when we wish to return, as we definatly will! Splendid beaches for our dog and our son really enjoyed Oakwood, the theme park and we all had a brilliant boat trip round Ramsey Island seeing seals and porpoises and many different sea birds. We've all had a memorable week.

The Carters & Dogs

This is by far one of the cleanest, well maintained & welcoming cottage we have ever stayed in. The local walks are the perfect length & very interesting for the dogs. Beaches were lovely and very dog friendly in October. St Brides is a lovely place to visit & has a nice coastal path rounds the cliffs. We were very fortunate with the weather so we took the dogs to the beach daily. I must add that the appliances used in Williamston Cottage are very impressive and kept in great condition! Thanks again for a fantastic week, you have been more than helpful and welcoming!

Janna & Leo

This lovely cottage is like "home from home" to us. We had a great break. The weather has been very good, so there was nothing else to wish for. Thanks for your hospitality. oh and i almost forgot to mention the cleanlyness, marvellous!

The Hopkins Family

Thanks so much for a lovely relaxing stay, so welcoming. Also Bobby the dog is very friendly & loved playing with our two dogs. And yes the fire is great of an evening. Many thanks!

It has been so nice to come to Pembrokeshire and made all the better for having been able to stay in this lovely cottage. We have holidayed in cottages for many years in many parts of the UK and this has been one of the best equipped and comfortable we have stayed. Thankyou for being so very welcoming and helpful. Thanks also for all the firewood!

Holiday home very nice and comfortable. Peaceful & tranquil an ideal setting and a lovely break from the 'rat race'. Many thanks for your hard work and hospitality.

Marysia

Dodwell Family

27 years since i first came to stay in the farmhouse - and just as lovely and welcoming now as it was then! we have had a wonderful time!

Clarke family

We have been fortunate to have good weather and with two dogs to exercise have found plenty of walks directly from here. We have stayed in the area before and love the coastal path from St Brides, the walk round St Anns Head is a must, and when the tide is out the walk from Broad Haven to Little Haven is brilliant. Three pubs in Little Haven provide good meals!! We live in a very rual position and yet we have to come here to hear our first cuckoo of 2009! We have found the cottage to be very comfortable and help offered when needed. We do hope that all the guests following us have a wonderful holiday here.
