About Woodland Cottage
Woodland Cottage's superb location offers endless views over the meadows and down the Ritec valley to Tenby. Its position makes the most of the sun and is particularly convenient for its facilities, adding to its popularity. Double, twin and bunk bedrooms are decorated in fresh, summery colours while downstairs a well equipped kitchen opens to a lounge with tiled floors and leather suite providing a contemporary yet cosy feel. The conservatory dining area allows you to enjoy the fantastic views whilst eating.
With indoor pool, tennis and other facilities onsite, pubs and a shop within a short walk, Woodland is a fantastic base for exploring local beaches and attractions - all you need for a great holiday, whatever the season.
Ivy Tower village is set in the delightful, historic village of St Florence, perfectly positioned, only a few miles from Tenby’s award winning beaches and fine restaurants and Manorbier, with its historic Norman castle and picture postcard sandy beach. The private cluster of cottages has been bought individually and each offers their own character. Add to this the wide range of facilities on offer that include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and WiFi access in communal areas and some cottages, children’s play area and tennis court and you have a venue that is suitable for so many occasions.
The stone posted entrance leads to the private parking area, where there is plenty of room to park after your journey. The houses and apartments themselves sleep up to 4, 5, 6 and 12 people. It is this make up that has made the village so versatile, attracting honeymoon couples to group family reunions. The landscaped meadow overlooks the Ritec Valley towards Tenby and the South Beach. It offers barbecue points, space to play or kick a ball. St Florence has 2 pubs and a shop within walking distance, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Activity Theme Park, two of the County’s leading attractions is also a short stroll away. Here they offer paintball, 18 hole pitch and putt, go karts, laser clays, archery, golf range, baseball and much more. Tickets for all these activities can be booked in advance through the Coastal Cottages’ Concierge Service.
All in all, St Florence is a delightful escape that many return to year after year.

Approached from A477 then approx 1/2 mile of narrow country lanes. Cottage is on a small self contained development off the public roads. Cottage is accessed by wide, open gateway and drive, leading to a car parking area approx 20m from property. It is possible to park for a short time directly outside the property for loading and unloading. Main entrance door reached by one 6” high step Alternative entrance way through back door leading directly to the grassed area, also with a 4’’ step. Communal grounds of several acres serve the 16 properties. These are mostly set to lawn with some planting. The area within 25m of the rear (directly accessed through the back door) is level. The remainder is terraced or slightly sloping. Benches and communal BBQs area available on the level area. Ground floor facilities are on one level with no steps and include small hallway, kitchen, sitting room, conservatory and bathroom (with bath with shower fitting, hand basin and wc.) 3 Bedrooms are on first floor accessed by stairway from sitting area. Bedrooms include one double, one twin and one bunk room. Kitchen has extensive work tops and low level oven Well lit sitting room, (natural and artificial lighting) TV with teletext operated by remote control. VCR. ‘Free-view’ digital television sytem provided. Fully glazed conservatory off sitting area. External lighting at front of property. Guide dogs welcome
