About Wynwood

Wynwood is a super semi-detached house in the popular village of Saundersfoot, only a 5 minute downhill walk from all its facilities and beautiful sandy beach. Comfortably furnished throughout, a real home from home, there is plenty of space to relax with a large sitting room with lots of easy seating, arched to a further seating area where children can play. The modern, fitted L-shaped kitchen/diner is well-equipped and a lovely light space to enjoy with breakfast bar and dining area. Sliding doors lead out to the enclosed landscaped rear garden, paved and gravelled, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening.

Stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, 2 of which have small balconies. Spend your days on the wonderful sandy beach, just a few minutes walk away, ideal for families as well as water sports enthusiasts. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this glorious coastline with its choice of wonderful beaches, head east through the tunnels, a relic of Saundersfoot's industrial historical past, to Coppet Hall beach, treat yourself to a meal in Coast restaurant overlooking the beach with its award winning chef, or further on lies Wiseman's Bridge with a beachside pub where you can enjoy refreshments or a meal before the return journey. The next village of Amroth is also well worth a visit with its range of pubs and restaurants all over looking the sea. A visit to the National Trust Colby Woodland Garden should not be missed, particularly in spring, the Rhododendrons and Azaleas are spectacular. To the west lies the bustling walled medieval town of Tenby with its pretty cobbled streets and picturesque harbour. Take a fishing trip from here or a boat trip to Caldey Island, the home of the Cistercian monks.

There are a range of family attractions all within a short drive including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities.

Approached from A477 then approximately 1 to 2 miles of narrow country lanes. Property is accessed from rear entrance, where parking is allocated, through a wooden latched gate into a pebbled path with a small step. The path goes down a slightly inclined garden onto the patio area with patio furniture. Entrance is up one low step through the metre wide patio doors. Alternative entrance is located at the front of the property through a short metal gate along paved pathway and up 3 small steps. Ground floor facilities include sitting room, kitchen/dining room. Kitchen has extensive worktops/breakfast bar and low level oven. It is spacious with plenty of natural light and artificial lighting. Well-lit spacious sitting room. TV operated by remote control. Fully double glazed throughout. External lighting to back of property – some automatically activated at dusk, another by sensory. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport (local bus service) situated at the front of the property for some locations or 5 minute walk down to main bus stop situated outside the Arcade for all locations.
