Bosherston Lakes

The Bosherston Lakes are a man-made lake system, only a little over 200 years old. They occupy three narrow valleys which were carved into the limestone during the last Ice Age. The lakes are famous for their water lilies, leading to their other name of the Bosherston Lily Ponds. The lilies are best seen in the month of June. A footpath winds its way around the banks to the lovely beach of Broad Haven.
