Barfive
Barfive is to be found in a Grade 2 listed four storey Georgian town house. The bar is spread over three floors and has a variety of areas in which you can eat drink chat and relax. Recently refurbishment with a contemporary and traditional design offering a wide range of drinks and cocktails complimented by a wonderful casual dining offer. Please note: They are unable to accommodate large groups or “Stag” parties, unless by prior arrangement. Dogs welcome on the outside terrace area only.
Caemorgan Mansion

Cardigans only AA Rosette Restaurant is the Caemorgan Mansion. Its is set in its own grounds, offering inclusive and traditional regional dishes in the elegant restaurant. the Chef/Proprietor has unique culinary experience. The restaurant is now open to non-residents daily where they serve modern European food, all cooked on the premises to order in a stylish, warm Restaurant heated by underfloor heating and wood fired feature stove.  

Cnapan

Dinas Country Club
A family run club house that dates back to the late 13th century and offers home made meals, traditional Sunday lunches and refreshing drinks including locally brewed ales. The Country Club is a tranquil park which has an abundance of trees, flowers shrubs and gardens which are maintained to a very high standard. The sea views from the park take in the beautiful landscape of Dinas Head and look north all the way to the Llyn Peninsula on a clear day. Please Note: Table bookings are advisable.
Ffwrn
Situated on Main Street, Fishguard, Ffwrn is a popular bar and cafe as it boasts freshly made food courtesy of its bakery. You can even buy their pastries to takeaway! It also hosts special events such as live music nights, and has a good selection of wines, beers and spirits.
Fishguard Farmer's Market

Head to Fishguard's Town Hall every Saturday morning for the popular Farmer's Market where you'll have a chance to sample and buy a range of local produce such as eggs, cheeses, breads, jams and chutneys.

La Calabria

Peppers
Peppers strives to have a creative and unique food and drinks menu showcasing lots of local produce in their dishes. In addition to their restaurant, Peppers hosts live music nights with jazz, classical, and folk music performed for all to hear, as well as holding exhibitions in their art gallery. Please Note: There is no set Children's Menu but Children's Portions are available. Vegan food is not available.
Pizzatipi

The Pizzatipi is a unique restaurant and bar situated in the historic town of Cardigan, North Pembrokeshire. Run by four brothers, this restaurant is all about homemade pizzas and fun. All the pizzas are handmade then woodfired, with sides such as salads and breads available. Craft beers, delicious wines and great coffees are offered to accompany your meal. Unfortunately, gluten free bases are not offered currently. Reservations are not taken but there are plenty of tables available. 

Salutation Inn
Originally established in the 16th Century, The Salutation Inn brings together a mix of modern and traditional with a welcoming atmosphere. Their lounge bar serves typical bar snacks whilst their restaurant serves three course meals and is also available for private functions.

St Dogmaels Farmers Market

Established in 2009, St Dogmaels Farmers Market takes place inside the St Dogmaels Abbey and Coach House running every Tuesday morning throughout the year, between the hours of 9am and 1pm. A fairly small market with around 18 stalls, the market offers a range of delicious produce including fresh seafood, bread made with locally milled yeast, sweet pastries, tarts and pies as well as cheeses, eggs, chutneys, vegetables. All produce on offer is grown, reared and/or manufactured within 30 miles of the village so it is no wonder that in 2016, St Dogmaels Farmers Market was declared the best food market in Britain by the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards. Enjoy a browse through the stalls, followed by a coffee with friends listening to the local volunteering musicians. The market often hosts cookery demonstrations and crafting courses throughout the year also.

Tafarn Sinc
Tafarn Sinc is situated in the heart of the Preseli Hills, in Pembrokeshire's National Park. Here you will receive a warm welcome and good home cooked food using the best of local produce, which are all freshly prepared. The bar serves real ale, draught beers and good quality wine.Sunday lunch is served but its advisable to book in advance.
The Black Lion Hotel & Bar
Located in the centre of Cardigan, right on the High Street, you'll find The Black Lion Hotel and Bar. A popular market town in the bordering county of Ceredigion, The Black Lion offers a range of classic pub meals, sharing platters, lighter meals and a children's menu, as well as an ever-changing specials board which might see home-made burgers and freshly caught fish make an appearance.
The Cliff Hotel & Spa
The Cliff Hotel has breath-taking views of Cardigan Bay. The Carreg restaurant offers Lunch, Afternoon Tea and evening meals to suit all tastes, as well as Sunday lunches served between 12-2pm. The Bar serves ales and beers and has a large selection of wines and cocktails available.
The Daffodil Inn
The Daffodil is a rural country pub, located in Penrhiwllan. They strive to make quality freshly cooked meals, using local produce wherever possible. Opt to eat outside on the decking area with stunning views across the valley, in the relaxing lounge bar or in the restaurant. Menus change seasonally, with a la carte options and menus suitable for young children, as well as specials highlighting various local produce. Please Note: Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar and decking areas. If travelling especially to visit The Daffodil, it is recommended to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The Eagle Inn
The Eagle Inn is situated right on the corner of Castle Street, and serves food daily. A great spot for lunch as it is dog friendly and child friendly. It offers a range of traditional pub meals as well as weekly specials and a very popular Sunday lunch each week!
The Ferry Inn, St Dogmaels
Situated right on the riverbank, The Ferry Inn is a great place to go if you want to take in a beautiful view whilst you eat! With quality food, if you're exploring St. Dogmaels or Cardigan, this is one place not to be missed. Please Note: Children's Menu is available, plus half portions of the adult Main's can be provided for children at half the price.
The Ffynnone Arms

It is a traditional Pub and it dates from the 18th Century.  Full of Welsh charm, it is now the happy result of a meeting of traditional and modern – a roadside inn with a recent interior remake both sympathetic and thorough. On the borders of the three counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Cardigan Bay in the village of Newchapel in between Cenarth and Boncath near the market towns of Newcastle Emlyn, Cardigan and Crymych. They serve real ales, lager ,cider and have a fine selection of wines. Bar Meals  from Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime (Carvery Sundays) They care for our clientele, so  cater for people who require gluten free and dairy free and also have various vegetarian and vegan options on our menu.

The Freemasons Arms
The Freemasons Arms is on the main road at Dinas, conveniently situated across from a car park. This pub offers a range of ales and meals at both lunchtime and in the evening. They have a beer garden, with a darts and pool room separate from the bar.
The Golden Lion
The Golden Lion makes the most of the local produce available, with Welsh beef and freshly caught seafood on their doorstep, you're guaranteed to be impressed by their menu. Specials vary according to seasonal produce.
The Lounge Number 3
The Lounge is a modern Italian influence restaurant with stripped floors, leather chairs and relaxing vibe. Home-cooked dishes freshly prepared to order, from pasta, pizza, meat and fish and using the best local and Mediterranean produce. They also have a great selection wines, spirits and beers.
The Nags Head Inn
The Nags Head Inn is a traditional, riverside country pub perfect for all the family all year round. With riverside gardens and a play area for the little ones, this is a favourite during the warmer months, but pay a visit during the winter and you'll be greeted by a cosy atmosphere indoors with open fires. Classic pub meals are on offer, as well as Sunday lunch, specials and a range of bottled beers, wines and spirits.
The Old Coach House
Situated right on the High Street in Fishguard, this pub is a popular one with locals and holidaymakers alike. As well as offering a range of delicious pub meals, they host regular live music nights every Tuesday and Sunday, as well as curry nights on Wednesdays.
The Old Sailor
Formerly the Sailors Safety, this pub/restaurant dates from 1593. It is named for the light it once kept burning as a guide to ships. Set in a beautiful location where you can view spectacular sunsets, The Old Sailors restaurant stands on the beachside at Pwllgwaelod. A wide selection of local seafood is on the menu daily, with the local crab and lobster a must for all seafood lovers. For those with a more traditional taste there is a fantastic homemade Steak & Ale pie. A fine selection of local beers and fine wines available.
The Pendre Inn
The Pendre Inn is a traditional pub situated at the top of Fishguard town. A welcoming pub, it retains many original features such as beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace. They have a beer garden, as well as a pool table and darts board. They serve a range of food from Sunday Lunch, to classic pub meals such as ham, egg and chips, as well as serving lighter options such as sandwiches, baguettes and jacket potatoes.
The Ship Inn, Tresaith
The Ship Inn is a friendly and welcoming inn only a stone's throw from Tresaith beach. Open for coffee from 8am and offering lunch, dinner and Sunday lunches.
