Allt yr Afon Restaurant and Brasserie
Allt yr Afon Restaurant and Brasserie in the Wolfscastle hotel located between Haverfordwest and Fishguard has been awarded Two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. A la carte and traditional bar meals are served in the restaurant 7 days a week, to both residents and non-residents. Light Lunches are available alongside the a la carte menu and drinks can be enjoyed on the patio and garden area. Sunday lunches are also served between 12-3. But advance reservation is needed. American Diner

Newly opened in Tenby this May, The American diner has already had hugely positive reviews from guests. Serving a variety of food from chicken wings, nachos, burgers to pancake stacks and sundaes - offering guests large portions at very reasonable prices - you wont come away hungry!

Babi-Beau offers the opportunity to create a huge variety of arts and crafts for all occasions, including jewellery making, t-shirt printing, woodwork, glass painting, sewing, mask-making, fabric painting and much more. Themed events, children’s parties, after school craft club and adult workshops are also on offer. Clothing printing services for individuals and groups, including printing children’s own designs and drawings onto t-shirts and sweatshirts, - great for present ideas!

Barbucci a unique Indian located in Tenby. Enjoy the contemporary experience of a underground restaurant with soft colourful lighting and a lovely romantic ambience. Eat in and take-away options available. 

Barfive is to be found in a Grade 2 listed four storey Georgian town house. The bar is spread over three floors and has a variety of areas in which you can eat drink chat and relax. Recently refurbishment with a contemporary and traditional design offering a wide range of drinks and cocktails complimented by a wonderful casual dining offer. Bethesda Farm Shop

Bethesda Farm Shop are located near Narberth and offer high quality food in a stunning location. They sell True Taste of Wales award winning local produce and are known for their achievements by Countryside Alliance. Bethesda have a relaxing Coffee Shop offering local homemade cakes, sandwiches, pastries, all-day breakfasts and light lunches. They also have an easy online ordering system to buy their high quality produce. They are open all year round Tueday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm with a beautiful view where you can watch all the animals grazing.


Set in the heart of Tenby is a new boutique bar/restaurant. Formally the Old British Legion club, the Billycan has kept a couple of the old features and furniture and was named from people popping billycans on the stove and all congregate around it for a drink during the war. They serving food and drinks and have a wide range of craft ales and lagers with an extensive wine list to suit all tastes.

Blas Restaurant

Blas Restaurant is located in the Twr y Felin Hotel in St Davids. The hotel is set in its own private grounds and situated just a ten-minute walk from the pembrokeshire coast path. They offer fine dining at a very high standard using local produce and serve lunches and evening meals.  You have the Oriel Lounge which caters for afternoon teas from 3pm till 5pm and the Cornel Bar is a pre-dinner art lovers snug. To complement the dining experience they have a selection of over twenty old world wines available for you to enjoy.


Browns Hotel & Bar
Brown's Hotel was built in 1752 and is the social hub of Laugharne and the favourite watering hole of poet and writer Dylan Thomas. Traditional home cooked food is served daily. Lunch and evenings meals available all well as cream teas and hot drinks including Teapig teas and freshly ground coffee served throughout the day. The bar is stocked with Welsh real ales and single malts, vodka, gin and cream liqueur from our good friends at the Penderyn distillery at the foot of the Brecon Beacons.
Bubbleton Farm Kitchen
Located just 2 miles from Tenby, come and visit Bubbleton Tearoom. Bubbleton has a long family tradition of growing Pembrokeshire produce from new potatoes, tomatoes and other vegetables, and are now the 5th in the family of generations of keeping this tradition going. Come and relax in the tearooms sampling a roasted coffee or a pot of tea and a homecooked treat whilst seeing the produce being grown and reared in the fields. Bubbleton also has a Farm shop which sells Farm Fresh meats, vegetables and eggs, along with a range of locally sourced artisan products.
Caemorgan Mansion

Cardigans only AA Rosette Restaurant is the Caemorgan Mansion. Its is set in its own grounds, offering inclusive and traditional regional dishes in the elegant restaurant. the Chef/Proprietor has unique culinary experience. The restaurant is now open to non-residents daily where they serve modern European food, all cooked on the premises to order in a stylish, warm Restaurant heated by underfloor heating and wood fired feature stove.  

Cafe on the Quay

This little cafe is situated right on the quay side of Solva with splendid views of the estuary serving home-made cakes, speciality coffees and a seasonal menu to eat in or take-away.

Cafe Rio

Cafe Rio is a Spanish speciality cafe located in Haverfordwest Quay Street. They serve breakfast lunch and are opening Wednesday and Friday for evening meals often having pasta and pizza themed nights. Cafe Rio offer many tapas dishes to eat in or take away.

Caffe Vista

Caffe Vista is a  Greek and Mediterranean influenced little cafe, tucked in one of the back streets of Tenby with amazing coast view from the small seating area outside. Caffi Pura

Caffi Pura is located in Tenby and is a vegetarian-friendly restaurant serving fresh, healthy and delicious food and serving hot and cold drinks. They are passionate about using Welsh produce and organic food to create home-cooked dishes. 

Carew Inn
The perfect place to stop for lunch after a wander around Carew Castle and it's surrounding Mill Pond, as it is situated just opposite. The Carew Inn is a traditional family-run pub serving real ales and home cooked food. With views of the 2000 year old castle, sit outside on a summers day in either the front terrace or rear garden, or go along for a traditional Sunday Lunch. Castle Inn is an 18th Century character pub located a 5 minute walk from the beach and Norman castle in Manorbier. Its the only pub in the village, serving home-made pub food,real draft ales and a good selection of wine and spirits. Its has a beer garden, real open fire and shows all the popular matches on Sky Sports.
Castlemead Hotel Restaurant
Castlemead Hotel is located in the village of Manorbier a 5 minute walk from the dog friendly beach and castle. Nestling at the head of a small wooded valley, Castlemead is set in 1/2 acre of mature grounds & lawns with extensive views across Manorbier Bay, the Norman Church and Castle. Recently awarded 4 stars by the AA and Visit Wales, Castlemead offers a daily changing menu using local seasonal produce whenever possible. Charlie's Restaurant and Bar
Charlie's Restaurant and Bar is located in Croft Holiday Park, tucked away in secluded woodland and surrounded by tranquil countryside. The restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere, its colourful and tastefully decorated. Serves lunch, evening meals and coffees throughout the day. It has outdoor seating as well as a wooden climbing frame for the children to play. Cliff Restaurant

The Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar have the most dramatic views across Saundersfoot bay and harbour. Coach & Horses

The Coach and Horses is a quaint old pub in the heart of Tenby. A classic Welsh pub, reputedly the oldest in Tenby, complete with exposed beams and cosy interior and cosy beer garden. Replacing the location of what was previously Charlies Bar, Milford Haven Marina welcomes a brand new trendy Restaurant - COCOS. The Restaurant features the coolest interiors used by up cycling materials creating a vintage chic retro vibe but also keeping in touch with Milford Havens Industrial history. Cocos features a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with a great variety of fresh foods ranging from fish and lamb to burgers and ciabattas. Cocos is open seven days a week with an evening meal menu available Friday-Saturday 5-9pm and an additional roast dinner on Sundays.

Corn Mill Cafe

Corn Mill Cafe is located off the A477 between Pembroke Dock and Milton. The Kenniford family have been farming in Pembrokeshire for 4 generations. The farm shop and cafe is set in lovely grounds with stunning views over the duck pond and surrounding countryside. The farm shop sell home grown meat, seasonal vegetables and locally sourced quality produce which they use in their homemade dishes in the cafe. All the pork, beef and lamb comes direct from our farm.


Cresselly Arms
Cresselly Arms is situated on the Cresswell River. This 250 year old, ivy-covered pub seems like a throwback to the Victorian age. The homely farm kitchen interior, open fire, is a haven for locals and visitors. Accessible by boat from the Milford Haven estuary at high tide, the pub also lies on a series of interesting walking routes. Local traditional ales served. Riverside barbecues are often popular in the Summer months.
Crug-Glas Country House & Restaurant
Crug-Glas is a 5 star Country House. It hosts many weddings, private parties and corporate events, as well as a luxurious place for all to dine in the evening. Afternoon Tea and Lunch Menus are available but these are offered by appointment only. Crug-Glas makes the most of the fresh local produce available to the area to make their menu unlike any other. Please note: Dog only allowed in the outside seating area, but must be kept on leads.
Cwm Deri Vineyard

Hidden away in Martletwy, you'll find Pembrokeshire's only vineyard which is open all year round. Offering lunch seven days a week, and evening meals on Fridays and Saturdays, the team at Cwm Deri strive to make quality home-made meals using as much local grown produce as possible. So local, they grow their vegetables themselves! Take the children along to their Pet Corner where you can see their chickens, rabbits and ponies. Take a walk around their 2 and a half acre vineyard, or sample some of their home-made wines with their tasting tray.

Dial Inn
The Dial is set in the village of Lamphey, just 2 miles from Pembroke. A very traditional spacious pub offering home-made lunch, dinner and Sunday lunches with home-made desserts. Dinas Country Club

Fecci's Fish and Chip Restaurant

Award winning fish and chips from this well known local family established in 1935. Eat in or take away. Fecci's use only local fish as well as locally grown potatoes for their chips. D Fecci & Sons is also one of the few fish and chip shops to offer customers wheat-free fish, coated in a batter of ground rice and potato and fried in its own special fryer.

Situated on Main Street, Fishguard, Ffwrn is a popular bar and cafe as it boasts freshly made food courtesy of its bakery. You can even buy their pastries to takeaway! It also hosts special events such as live music nights, and has a good selection of wines, beers and spirits.
Fishguard Bay Hotel
The Fishguard Hotel is a 20th Century House located in lower Fishguard., with its original high ceilings, architraves, oak panelling and stained glass windows. The Lounge Bar Menu is served between 12.00pm and 1.45pm, Monday to Saturday and 6.30pm – 9.00pm every evening and Sunday Lunch is available between 12.00pm and 1.45pm. Fishguard Farmer's Market

Head to Fishguard's Town Hall every Saturday morning for the popular Farmer's Market where you'll have a chance to sample and buy a range of local produce such as eggs, cheeses, breads, jams and chutneys.

To learn all about the way these fish hunt, where they hunt, what lures to use and when to use them, Fishing and Foraging Wales is the place to go. You can also learn about watercraft and bait-fish behaviour as well as gaining some professional tackle advice. Catch and release is practised for all the bass caught. 

Transport and equipment can be supplied if necessary, dogs are not permitted. Prices range from £95 to £550 with multiple day options available. 

Foraging - Learning foraging skills brings you closer to your surroundings and closer to understanding the fragile Eco-systems that are all around us.

Together with Matt, you will gather in a sustainable way and in harmony with this precious environment. Matt will then create dishes with what you have picked, pairing it with local food goods for you to enjoy after the foraging. Parties of up to six are welcomed to enjoy this wonderful foraging and dining experience; larger parties need further notice. Booking forty-eight hours in advance is essential for prior food preparations.

This is a dog friendly activity. Baskets and mushroom knives are provided. Prices range from £100 to £460.

Foam is a beautifully styled restaurant with a mix of old and new interior which gives it a great look. The restaurant has amazing views over the Haven, especially if you dinned in the outdoor seating area, weather permitted. Foam serve, breakfast, lunches, coffees and evening meals with a good choice of food which is stylishly presented. The Friars Vaults is located in the heart of Haverfordwest town. It serves food and drink every day and has also become a popular stop for morning coffee for shoppers. Its serves traditional value food with extensive menu. Local ales, beers and wines available.
Gellifawr Country House & Restaurant

Tucked away in the heart of Pembrokeshire is a peace and tranquil restaurant. As well as us letting their 14 self-catering cottages the la carte restaurant is open to residents and non-residents alike for lunches, Sunday carvery, evening bar or restaurant meals. Haverfordwest Farmer's Market
Every Friday, Haverfordwest Riverside Shopping Centre opens it's streets to the popular Haverfordwest Farmer's Market. This market offers a wide range of good quality local produce where you can buy and taste many of the products, as well as speak to the people behind the produce. These markets offer seasonal produce throughout the year including Christmas goodies throughout the month of December as well as Harvest produce at their special Harvest Fayre event which happens every September. Their special Easter Market offers a wide range of Easter goodies as well as children's activities such as an Easter Egg Hunt and face painting. The summer kicks off with a special BBQ Market where you can pick up all the produce you need for a great barbecue including meat, veg, sauces and chutneys - you might also pick up a few top tips from their cookery demonstrations!
Heywood Brasserie

The Heywood Brasserie is located in Heywood Spa Hotel in Tenby. It has been designed to introduce style and elegance and Inspired by delicious, home-cooked food using local produce. Hilton Court Gardens is the most idyllic place to visit, particularly on warm sunny days. Heading down towards the harbour and the beach at Tenby and you can't miss the Hope and Anchor pub recently ungoing a refubishment. Traditionally a fishing pub it has remained popular with locals for years and years. They offer seven real ales that change throughout the week and the menus and special boards feature lots of fish inclding Tenby mackerel.

A family run Hotel which is situated in the centre of Haverfordwest. They have an on-site bar which offers homemade food for lunch, dinner and snacks. Hotel Plas Hyfryd

Every dish from the a la carte restaurant menu is made with fresh and seasonal local produce and cooked to order on the premises by the chefs. On sunny evenings, you can even sit outside on the patio overlooking the pond and vineyard and take in the stunning views of the rolling countryside and the wildlife.

Jan's Restaurant and BB's Bar

Janz restaurant, BB's bar located in Broadfield Caravan Park is open daily from 6pm. It has a great outside decking area with great view, with park and play area for the children. The restaurant offers a great selection of meals and specials, with popular pie and curry & pint nights to traditional favourites, E.G steak sizzlers, beer batter cod, half roast chicken and Ribs on the menu. Jan's also offers a Sunday carvery but it is essential to book to avoid disappointment.

Jeera Tandoori

The Kookaba Restaurant is a friendly, family owned, vibrant environment in the centre of Saundersfoot offering food with an Australian theme. A wide selection of Aussie foods are available from burgers, pizza's steak and ribs. Or if you fancy trying something a bit more unusual you can try kangaroo, ostrich, and barramundi. They also have childrens menus and a wide selection of beers and Australian wines.
La Calabria
La Calabria is an authentic Italian restaurant offering traditional and delicious Italian dishes, using quality local Welsh produce. This restaurant is a family run business, set in what once was a barn in the middle of the Welsh countryside, which gives it a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy Italian classics such as Spaghetti Bolognaise and Lasagna followed by homemade ice cream!
Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa
Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa is a Best Western hotel situated in Lamphey 2 miles from Pembroke. Built in 1823 and carefully restored, this Georgian mansion is idyllically located in acres of grounds. Lunch, afternoon tea, evening meals, Sunday lunches and Spa packages are available. Please Note: Booking is advisable for Sunday Lunches. If you have any special medical dietary requirements please them know before you arrive so they can cater for your needs.
Lawrenny Arms
The Lawrenny Arms looks southwards over the estuary which runs east upriver in two spectacular branches towards Cresswell Quay and Carew Castle. Not only is the pub a popular spot for yachtsmen, who can tie up on its pontoon but it's also a great place for hungry or thirsty walkers to stop off for freshly prepared food and fine ales which are served all day. Lawrenny arms also show all the popular matches on Sky Sports in the main bar. Traditional Sunday Lunches are also served, but booking is advisable in the main season.
Llys Meddyg Restaurant
Llys Meddyg is a typical Georgian town house which has been transformed into a luxurious place to visit. The food and drink options range from the more elegant fine-dining menus to family friendly menus, as well as offering seasonal menus throughout the year.
Maria’s Courtyard Restaurant at Picton Castle

Maria’s Courtyard Restaurant at Picton Castle is the ideal place for a tasty lunchtime or afternoon indulgence. A fully licensed ‘bistro’ style restaurant with cosy wood-burning fire on the colder days and plenty of seating outside for the warmer days!.  The menu changes seasonally, using local produce where possible, to create a superb selection of dishes. All food is prepared fresh to order. Sunday Lunches ‘with a Mediterranean twist’ and Friday is Tapas nights are a speciality. The Restaurant, Shop and Deli is open all year round, when the Castle and Garden are open to the public (from March to  October) 

Please note: Normal garden admission fees are payable until 5.00pm. Lunchtime reservations are not normally taken during the busy summer or Bank holiday periods, but can be made at other times. Advance booking are needed for Sunday lunches and the Tapas nights.

Marina Fish and Chips

The Marina is located on Saundersfoot harbour and is a modern fish and chip restaurant where you can order traditional fish and chips with real ale beer batter or have a piece of fresh fish grilled with a salad. You may wish to eat your fish with a glass of wine or bottle of beer in the restaurant or take it away to the beach.

Market Square Chophouse & Grill

Market Square Chop House specialises in Prime Dry Aged Steaks all cooked on a charcoal grill. They have a large range of starters including several light dishes as well as some delicious old time favourites. Main courses include classic dishes, such as Barnsley Chop of Salt Marsh lamb, Double Celtic Pride Pork Chop and ample choice of Vegetarian and Gluten free dishes.  

Martha's Vineyard
Martha's Vineyard is a family-run restaurant based in Milford Marina. They have a bar and restaurant that serves good quality homemade food which is locally sourced food where possible. Food is served 7 days a week with lunchtime, evenings and Sunday dinner menus available as well as cream tea's with a large selection of homemade cakes. There is great views from the restaurant overlooking port of Milford Haven and they have regular live performances from local jazz and folk musicians. Dogs are welcome and they also have two outside seating areas including a dedicated smoking area.
Milford Waterfront

At Milford Waterfront, they are building a future upon our history and creating a vibrant waterfront destination to welcome the world! Milford Waterfront is a great place for a day  out! Milton Brewery Inn
The Milton Brewery is a traditional pub covered in ivy set in the village of Milton. It has a pool table, open fire place, wooden tables with stone walls giving it that old worldly feel. They serve home cooked traditional pub grub either in the dining room or bar area and Sunday Lunches with home-made desserts. They have a range of real ales, wines and spirits available. Morawelon Waterfront Bar & Restaurant
Morawelon is Camping and Caravanning site with a on-site restaurant providing campers and visitors with delicious hot and cold food. A waterfront location with extensive views across Newport Bay and Morfa Head. Its family-run,so you can be sure of great service and top quality cooking from healthy and tasty ingredients. A superb range of teas, coffees and pastries also available all day, with a fully licensed bar. Ocean Cafe, Bar and Restaurant
The Ocean Cafe, Bar and Restaurant is in a great location overlooking the seaside at Broad Haven. If you're wanting food with a view, this restaurant is most certainly the one for you! Please Note: Dogs must be well behaved, and are not allowed in the restaurant area.

The Parsonage Farm Inn is situated in St Florence near to Tenby, with a traditional country setting with a modern twist. The Parsonage boasts two restaurants, one on the top floor and one on the middle, plus a lounge bar on the ground floor as well as a sports bar which is regularly used to host live entertainment evenings. They even offer Thai cuisine in one of their restaurants.
Pembroke Carvery
Pembroke Carvery is a Chinese carvery restaurant in the heart of Pembroke town. Eat in or take-away options available as well as special Cantonese meal deals.
Penally Abbey Restaurant

Peppers strives to have a creative and unique food and drinks menu showcasing lots of local produce in their dishes. In addition to their restaurant, Peppers hosts live music nights with jazz, classical, and folk music performed for all to hear, as well as holding exhibitions in their art gallery. Please Note: There is no set Children's Menu but Children's Portions are available. Vegan food is not available.
Phoenix Bowl and Pirate Pete's Adventure Play
Phoenix Bowl is an undercover centre which offers Ten pin bowling and soft play. Its a lively ten-lane bowling centre offering fun for everyone regardless of age or ability. Pirate Pete's is an Adventure play, is all about providing non stop fun for youngsters and a relaxing time for parents which costs £3.50 per child for an all day pass. They have fully licensed bar, providing a relaxed environment with big TV screen covering popular sporting events all year round. They have a fast food diner, which is perfect to have a leisurely bite to eat or to enjoy a drink with friends before or after your bowling session.

The Pizzatipi is a unique restaurant and bar situated in the historic town of Cardigan, North Pembrokeshire. Run by four brothers, this restaurant is all about homemade pizzas and fun. All the pizzas are handmade then woodfired, with sides such as salads and breads available. Craft beers, delicious wines and great coffees are offered to accompany your meal. Unfortunately, gluten free bases are not offered currently. Reservations are not taken but there are plenty of tables available. 

Plantagenet House
Plantagenet House is a quirky little restaurant situated in a small side street just off Tudor Square. Once a tearoom, this pub is now a candlelit restaurant with three different dining rooms. They make use of lots of local produce particularly fish with seafood dishes often featured on the menus. They offer light lunch menus as well as evening meals, a children's menu, a vegetarian menu. Please Note: Dogs are welcomed in the Quay Room.

An Award-winning café and tearooms which serve delicious, home-made, organic food. They pride themselves on creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment while serving high quality, locally sourced food to eat in or take-away. From time to time, they host themed nights in the café, such as a Spanish tapas evening or Thai curry night. The Pump on the Green serves traditional home cooked food and guest ales. Whether you want to enjoy a beautiful A la carte meal in the restaurant or relax with a few drinks in the bar, it has a perfect atmosphere. Open all year, even on Christmas Day! Sky Sports, Beer garden and games room, great for the children to play. Senior citizens & Sunday Lunches are also available.
Quayside Tearooms

Quayside is a multi award-winning tearoom which has undergone complete refurbishment; character chapel chairs and pine floorboards blended with a mix of fresh sympathetic colours make the tearoom a calm and tranquil place to sit and relax. They serve sandwiches, freshly baked baguettes, lobster, wild mushroom tart, smoked mackerel pate and locally caught crab. A range of freshly baked cakes and desserts all made at Quayside each day. Pitchers of Pimms & Sangria, freshly ground Welsh/Italian coffees, speciality teas, Welsh Cider and local Beers. All this is served in an un-fussy manner with style, attention to detail and with good manners.

Salutation Inn
Originally established in the 16th Century, The Salutation Inn brings together a mix of modern and traditional with a welcoming atmosphere. Their lounge bar serves typical bar snacks whilst their restaurant serves three course meals and is also available for private functions.

Currently know as The Mews Surf Bar & Grill, the SandBar has been taken over by Tenby Brewing, serving craft beers, specialised real ales, including a number of real ales served straight from the cask. They also provide draught lagers,ciders,bitters and a complete spirits and wine selection, plus a number of soft drinks and cocktails, making sure every guest is catered for! The food menu has a street food feel offering tortillas, chilli, taco's, corn dogs, pulled pork and great selection of gourmet burgers. 

Savoy Country Inn
Savoy Country Inn is a picturesque pub near to St Clears, surrounded by trees with an outside eating area/beer garden and an array of hanging baskets. Popular with families and children, they even offer activity packs to keep those little ones content. An SA Brains pub, they offer a range of pub classics as well as burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, grills and sharer dishes. They also serve a range of breakfast dishes up until midday.

A lively cafe only a stonesthrow away from Saundersfoot beach serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks g with a terrace overlooking the beach. Occasional live music.

Slebech Park Restaurant
The restaurant at Slebech Park is situated amongst approximately 600 acres, alongside beautiful woodlands and the Dau Cleddau estuary. With an open log fire and a outside terrace, Slebech Park is a place to visit all year round. Open from breakfast through to dinner, you can also visit for lunch or afternoon tea - and there is a separate children's menu to keep the little ones happy. They also take private functions. Smugglers Bar-Grill & Adventure Play

A seafront Bar&Grill located overlooking Amroth beach. Tom and Jack and the crew have taken over and transformed "the old cartwheel" and have given it a new identity. There are a huge number of features including an artificial campfire, a prison cage, a 2-storey pirate, A pirate ship moored to a jetty featuring a slide, wheel, mast, and sail Fort, A shipwreck covered in climb nets, a crow’s nest and Rope bridge. Smugglers is a new, themed, family restaurant and Pirates adventure play area. A great family friendly atmosphere with good quality food, which offers a warm welcome all year round. 

Something's Cooking
Something's Cooking is an award-winning Fish and Chip Restaurant and Takeaway offering a variety of fish dishes as well as flame-grilled burgers, locally made sausage and Welsh pies. They also offer a range of vegetarian dishes, as well as senior citizen's and children's menus.
South Beach Bar and Grill
The South Beach Bar and Grill overlooks one of Tenby's beautiful sandy beaches, with superb views of Caldey Island - definitely a place to go if you're wanting food with a view! Sit outside on sunny summers days, or head inside to keep warm on those cooler days. With a range of quality food, wines and daily specials, South Beach Bar and Grill also offers children's menus. If you simply fancy a coffee after a brisk stroll on the beach, visit the South Beach Shack! Please note: Dogs are welcome in the outside seating area. In bad weather dogs are welcome inside, where they will section off part of the restaurant. Parking is in the main beach car park, charges will apply.

Spoon Me- Newly opened in Milford Haven, specialising in delicious desserts and cocktails. They also serve savoury snacks and small bites such as chicken wings, fries, vegan and gluten free options also available.

Square & Compass Inn
A traditional family run pub serving real ales and home cooked food. Steak Night on a Friday and Sunday lunches available. They have two large big screen TV's showing all the popular sporting events. Please Note: Booking is advisable for Sunday Lunches.
St Brides Inn
St Brides Inn is a peaceful pub situated near the beach at Little Haven. A lovely country pub making the most of fresh local produce whenever possible. This pub boasts a popular beer garden just opposite where you can enjoy a meal and/or drink. Please Note: There is no designated car park, but there is a public car park just opposite. Dogs allowed in picnic area only. Any dietary requirements can be accommodated, please notify in advance.
St Brides Spa Hotel

St Brides Hotel is set on a cliff top overlooking Saundersfoot Bay. They serve food throughout the day, from breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. They use the finest Pembrokeshire produce and locally landed fish which is regularly featured on the menu, which changes regularly to ensure that they serve the best produce each season has to offer. There’s a range of dining options, from eating in the Cliff restaurant to the more informal Gallery lounge or even outside on the deck, overlooking the bay.

St Davids Kitchen

St Davids kitchen is run by a family of farmers, they rear their own meat and grow their own vegetables allowing them to see their produce from farm to folk. As well as using their own ingredients they supports the local farmers, fishermen. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner all year round. They offer an extensive food and drink menu, with popular favourites including their own Welsh Black Beef, Ramsey Island Venison and Lamb, Solva Crab and Lobster. They also have themed nights and a changing specials board and take-away menu available. 

St Dogmaels Farmers Market

Established in 2009, St Dogmaels Farmers Market takes place inside the St Dogmaels Abbey and Coach House running every Tuesday morning throughout the year, between the hours of 9am and 1pm. A fairly small market with around 18 stalls, the market offers a range of delicious produce including fresh seafood, bread made with locally milled yeast, sweet pastries, tarts and pies as well as cheeses, eggs, chutneys, vegetables. All produce on offer is grown, reared and/or manufactured within 30 miles of the village so it is no wonder that in 2016, St Dogmaels Farmers Market was declared the best food market in Britain by the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards. Enjoy a browse through the stalls, followed by a coffee with friends listening to the local volunteering musicians. The market often hosts cookery demonstrations and crafting courses throughout the year also.

St Govan's Country Inn
St Govan's Inn is located right next to the beautiful Bosherston Lily Ponds that lead to the stunning Broadhaven Bay, and within easy walking distance of the scenic St Govan's Head, Stackpole Quay, Stack Rocks and the famous Barafundle Bay. They Serve a selection of real cast ales and home-cooked meals from April till September. Please Note: Dogs Welcome in the bar/outside seating area only.
Swallow Tree Gardens Restaurant

The Restaurant at Swallow Tree Gardens is set over looking Swallow Tree Bay, a small cove, is just a short woodland walk away from the harbour town of Saundersfoot. The on site restaurant offers some of the best food in the area, imaginative menus and friendly service. The bar, restaurant and patio offer delightful sea views. Patio heaters enable guests to relax outdoors in comfort on fine summer evenings, whilst a feature log fire provides a cosy ambience on chilly nights. Swallow Tree also has a leisure complex which includes an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and beauty treatment rooms.

Tenby House Hotel
The Tenby House Hotel is situated in the centre of Tenby just on Tudor Square, within walking distance of Tenby's sandy beaches. The Amroth Arms

If a peaceful country pub besides the sea is what you're looking for, the Amroth Arms is the place for you. A dog friendly pub, The Amroth Arms is in an enviable position overlooking the bay and offers a range of delicious meals including a popular Sunday lunch each week. Lunch is served daily between noon and 2.30pm whilst evening meals are served from 6pm Monday to Saturday. Children's menus and daily specials available. The Artramont Arms
A popular pub tucked away in the rural village of Croesgoch, situated on the A487 between Fishguard and St Davids. Sit in the bar, restaurant or conservatory, or if you'd prefer - make use of their takeaway option! The Atramont as it is known to locals, boasts a pool room, restaurant and a beer garden as well as Sky Sports on two screens! Vegetarian meals available.
The Bar Restaurant
To The Bar Restaurant,is located in Neyland Marina, with views overlooking the River Cleddau and the Marina The first floor restaurant and bar windows overlook the yachts and cruisers moored at the marina pontoons, making it a popular boat owners. A great range on the menu, with specials including a locally caught fish and seafood. Vegetarian options also available. A relaxing place to have a drink or a bite to eat while enjoying the quayside atmosphere.
The Baytree, Tenby
A Traditional restaurant in the heart of Tenby's charming Tudor Square. They are open all year around, serving meals and drinks from 11am to 10.30pm in the summer months. Their menu incorporates local produce wherever possible including fish caught just off Tenby's coast! They cater for vegetarians and have a varied children's menu.
The Beachside Barbecue
The Beachside Barbecue formally known as The Mermaid Restaurant is all about Brisket, Ribs, Chicken and Fish. Featuring melt in the mouth, “low and slow” authentic barbecue cooked in our Hard Wood Pit Smoker (all the way from the USA) and a Lump Wood Charcoal Oven. Located in Saundersfoot with breathtaking views overlooking the beach and harbour. The restaurant has a clean and contemporary feel which extends outdoors onto a sunny patio area. Its a great family friendly restaurant.
The Bishops
Positioned on the Cross Square in the centre of St. David's, The Bishops certainly cannot be missed. A real traditional pub serving food seven days a week right throughout the year, this pub strives to serve fresh local fish as often possible - meaning almost daily! With the Cathedral just a few seconds walk down the road, if you're heading to St. David's then The Bishops is most definitely worth a visit.
The Black Lion Hotel & Bar
Located in the centre of Cardigan, right on the High Street, you'll find The Black Lion Hotel and Bar. A popular market town in the bordering county of Ceredigion, The Black Lion offers a range of classic pub meals, sharing platters, lighter meals and a children's menu, as well as an ever-changing specials board which might see home-made burgers and freshly caught fish make an appearance.
The Blue Ball Restaurant

The Boars Head
Enjoy a meal at the Boars Head Inn in Templeton. Families are welcome. This pub has highchairs and childrens menus available. There are also baby changing facilities. There is an outdoor eating area and a playroom where the children can play. There are set menus available as well as a specials boa. The BoatHouse

The BoatHouse is a brand new restaurant in Saundersfoot which opened its doors for the first time in July 2016!Its a  family friendly relaxed Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Town. They have a passion for local fresh produce and this is shown throughout our food. Specialising in a grill style menu and fresh local fish specials and working closely with local suppliers to get in the best ingredients to make up the homely menu. The bar offers a range of wine, ales and cocktails on top of the usual beers and spirits. Catering for large parties and special occasions and open for lunch and evening meals

The Brewery Inn
The Brewery Inn at Cosheston is highly recommended for it's good quality delicious food, at very reasonable prices. They welcome families and well-behaved dogs, as well as hosting quiz nights and live music.
The Bristol Trader
This pub and restaurant is in the centre of Haverfordwest and is very popular to locals. Enjoy a meal in the restaurant or be seated on the patio area overlooking the river. Booking is advisable. Please Note: Dogs are only allowed in the bar, not the restaurant area.
The Buccaneer Inn

The Buccaneer is situated in St Julian Street which links the town square to the harbour and beaches.  The pub has a large it has a cosy feel with wooden beams, stove and Tenby memorabilia adorning the walls. A sunny walled beer garden with ample additional seating is to the rear with heaters for those chilly evenings. The Buccaneer is the brewery tap for the adjacent Tenby Harbour Brewery and sells their full range of beers. A good selection of European draught lagers are also available. Food is served all day with locally sourced fresh fish and ingredients on the menu.

The Bush Inn
The Bush Inn is a particularly popular local pub situated in the rural village of Robeston Wathen, near to Canaston Bridge. They offer quality home-cooked meals with a children's menu and a senior citizens menu, as well as a carvery option every Wednesday and Sunday lunch time. Booking is advised for the carvery. For those with a sweet tooth, you'll be drawn to their home-cooked desserts on display!
The Cambrian Inn
The Cambrian Inn is located in lower Solva and boasts a lounge bar and restaurant. They offer a wide range of meals including a variety of vegetarian dishes, and the aim to use fresh local produce wherever and whenever possible. Please Note: Dogs are only allowed during lunchtime, water bowls are available in the picnic area. The chefs will adapt this menu to suit any dietary requirements and food intolerances. All special dietary requirements should be notified in advance.
The Captain's Table Bar & Restaurant
The Captain's Table is situated right on the harbour in Saundersfoot offering a selection of Real Ales as well as a large menu, including Sunday lunch, a la carte as well as light bites. All meals provided either in the restaurant or outside under the sail canopies in our harbourside beer garden. Big Multi Screen satellite TV showing all the popular sports matches and live music during the summer on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
The Carpenters Arms
The Carpenters Arms in Laugharne, is a welcoming pub whether you're dining as a small party or a large group. With a specific children's menu, a bar and a restaurant, the Carpenters Arms can cater for all needs. Newly taken over by the owners of The Cube this March, The Cove is a stylish new restaurant in Tenby serving an extensive list of delicious cocktails, sharing platters, sandwiches and array of fish and meat. The Druidstone
The Druidstone is set on a tranquil seafront spot, with big windows looking out across St Bride's Bay and an 8-minute walk from the beach. As well a the main room, there are tables in the bar downstairs, or outside on a terrace overlooking the sea. The chef sources local ingredients, Welsh lamb, fresh sea bass and other fish and mixes traditional and global recipes. A country pub nestled in the village of Mathry, near to Abercastle and Croesgoch. This pub serves food daily, and offers a range of classic pub meals. The Farmers Arms also hosted the occasional live music night, karaoke nights, and special events.
The Ferry House Inn
The Ferry House Inn is situated in Llanstadwell, just one mile from Neyland Marina. Their waterside location enables them to have superb views across the Cleddau Estuary which can be seen from their riverside garden and their conservatory dining room. The Ffynnone Arms

It is a traditional Pub and it dates from the 18th Century.  Full of Welsh charm, it is now the happy result of a meeting of traditional and modern – a roadside inn with a recent interior remake both sympathetic and thorough. On the borders of the three counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Cardigan Bay in the village of Newchapel in between Cenarth and Boncath near the market towns of Newcastle Emlyn, Cardigan and Crymych. They serve real ales, lager ,cider and have a fine selection of wines. The Five Arches Tavern

A traditional pub right in the middle of Tenby town. loads of beams and exposed stonework. and housing the largest fireplace in the town. A cosy, pub that serves great pub food.

The Freemasons Arms
The Freemasons Arms is on the main road at Dinas, conveniently situated across from a car park. This pub offers a range of ales and meals at both lunchtime and in the evening. They have a beer garden, with a darts and pool room separate from the bar.
The Freshwater Inn
The Freshwater Inn is situated in the beautiful surroundings of south Pembrokeshire at Freshwater East. They pride themselves on offering a guest ales which differ throughout the year, as well as good freshly cooked meals on their standard menu and ever-changing specials board. It is essential to book at weekends and during the summer.
The Fuchsia Caffe

The Fuchsia Caffe is a new cafe opened in 2017 located in The Mews, Tenby. They offer a variety of teas, artwork, fresh flowers and jewellery in a  lovely relaxed atmosphere . They also cater for all outside events.

The George's

The George's is situated in the historic town of Haverfordwest, and is most definitely a unique place to visit. Part restaurant, part gift shop, The George's has plenty to offer. With a walled garden, a selection of natural remedies and clothing, it's the perfect place for a spot of lunch before browsing their gifts. They also offer a Dine at Home menu which includes a range of meals for you to take away and heat up. Dogs are welcomed in the front seating area and the garden, plus you can even buy natural dog treats from the shop in the back!

The Griffin Inn

The Griffin is a traditional family friendly Inn that serve Welsh real ale's and locally caught fish and seafood. It has a open fire for cosy warm nights and a outside terrace area for the summer months to enjoying the spectacular sea view. Much of the fresh local seafood, is caught in the Haven by the Griffin's local fisherman, Mark, in the Griffin's very own fishing boat, “Griffin Girl”. The Griffin offers a vast range of simple fresh seafood dishes from mackerel to turbot, razor clams to scallops, crab to lobster. The Griffin also has a bar menu with an excellent choice of home-cooked locally sourced food to suit all tastes including vegetarian dishes and a children's menu. The Grove, Narberth
The Grove's restaurant is surrounded by trees and meadows making it a peaceful setting for a meal whatever time of year. The Harbour Inn
The Harbour Inn is located overlooking the harbour in the coastal village of Solva. The pub has a combining modern design with traditional charm. Serving home-cooked food which is locally sourced where possible. Specialising in local sea food dishes and serving a hearty Sunday carvery every week. Real ales, wines and beers served in the bar as well as coffee, freshly ground and brewed to order.
The Harbourmaster Bar and Restaurant
The Harbourmaster restaurant has breathtaking views of Milford Haven Marina and estuary, perfect on a nice day for a bite to eat or a relaxing drink either inside or outside on the veranda. With a variety of homemade dishes on their menu and an extensive wine and cocktail menu the Harbourmaster is perfect for any occasion. Please Note: Guide Dogs only allowed. The Hideout

The Hideout Cafe is located in the in the North Beach car park in Tenby. They serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and a selection of hot and cold drinks to eat in or take- away, making it a perfect stop before heading to the beach!

The Jolly Sailor
At The Jolly Sailor the main food area is housed in the lounge and conservatory, with views overlooking the Cleddau bridge and river where you can relax, enjoy the food and ales, whilst gazing out on to the scenery of the Cleddau. A large range of menus, from steaks to sandwiches are available as well as the specials boards. They also have their own pontoon which attracts the boating and yachting trade up to the shore. Children, accompanied by their parents, can have a go at crabbing off the pontoon too. Sit outside in the garden, enjoying panoramic views of the river. A rustic wooden children's play area is popular for the smaller guests, which has a range of play equipment, varying from a slide, swings, a see-saw, climbing nets, a bridge and walking planks. The Lord Nelson
The Lord Nelson Hotel is situated in the heart of Milford Haven overlooking the busy harbour which houses a number of shops and a popular bowling alley and children's play area. It has a open plan dining/bar area, offering a vast menu which is a combination of classic Welsh dishes and traditional pub food. They serve a traditional roast on Sunday's alongside their main menu. They boast a large beer garden with seating and sunshade making it a fantastic place to enjoy a drink in the sun overlooking the water. The Lost Coins
The Lost Coins is a Marston's family-friendly pub serving hearty food all day 7 days a week. It is situated on the outskirts of Haverfordwest, only 2 minutes to the centre of town and 10 minutes away from the stunning beaches at Broad Haven, Little Haven. There is a great range of drinks, including award winning cask ales from 5 Marstons Breweries, a great wine selection as well as a range of soft drinks and spirits. They also have a dedicated kids menu and indoor and outdoor play areas, with outdoor seating area or alternatively you can snuggle up next to the indoor cosy log fire.

The Lydstep Tavern is a traditional pub with a modern twist. A welcoming atmosphere, with a large beer garden for those sunny days and real log fires for those chillier days, this pub offers a range of popular pub dishes and also caters for dietary requirements with a selection of gluten free meals suitable for coeliacs. The Moorings Restaurant & Cafe
Open for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. The Moorings is a Cafe by day and a Restaurant by night. A beautifully decorated restaurant with a beach hut and seaside theme with a relaxed atmosphere. The Mulberry Restaurant and Bar
The Mulberry is a friendly and welcoming restaurant situated near to the popular sandy beach at Saundersfoot harbour. The perfect restaurant whether you want a romantic meal, or visit with the whole family after a day at the beach! Happy to accommodate all diners, they offer a children's menu, a lunch menu and an evening menu, and are also able to accommodate those with dietary requirements, but please let them know in advance. Please Note: Dogs are welcome, but must be booked in advance as only certain tables allow dogs.
The Nags Head Inn
The Nags Head Inn is a traditional, riverside country pub perfect for all the family all year round. With riverside gardens and a play area for the little ones, this is a favourite during the warmer months, but pay a visit during the winter and you'll be greeted by a cosy atmosphere indoors with open fires. Classic pub meals are on offer, as well as Sunday lunch, specials and a range of bottled beers, wines and spirits.
The New Inn
The New Inn, Amroth is a 16th Century family run pub offering traditional home cooked food and real ales. They have a kiddies corner where the kids can help themselves to reading books, puzzles or colouring-in books, they also have a full children's menu and cater for dietary needs. The bar area has a open log fire and the still has the original kitchen to the farmhouse. The main bar area has a log burner so you can relax in a warm and relaxed surrounding. Please note: Dogs are allowed outside, but only allowed in the bar area of the pub.
The New Overlander
The New Overlander Restaurant is situated in Penally, just past Penally Railway Station. This restaurant is a family-friendly, with full disabled access meaning it is a perfect place to take the whole family! Sit in the restaurant or conservatory, and enjoy quality home-cooked meals in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The New Three Mariners
The New Three Mariners is situated just on the corner of Victoria Street and Market Street in Laugharne, a Pembrokeshire village closely linked with poet Dylan Thomas. This pub retains many traditional features such as oak beams and slate flooring making it a real treat on your visit to Laugharne. They serve a range of guest ales as well as Sunday lunch, pub classics, pizza, paella and pastas! You can even order their stone baked pizzas to take-away! Booking is advised for their Sunday lunches in particular.
The Normandie Inn

The Normandie, historically an old coaching inn. It can be found nestled between the Medieval Town Walls and Upper Frog Street in Tenby. It has a busy vibrant cosmopolitan Bar, Lounge and Restaurant which serves delicious food all year round, from freshly baked, home made pizzas; succulent steaks; locally caught fish; traditional Sunday roasts; thick hearty soups; giant burgers; vegetarian dishes and salads with a Mediterranean flavour. They also have a great selection of fine wines and great beers, making 'The Normandie' a popular haunt for locals and visitors. They also have a great sheltered courtyard/beer garden at the rear. Access is through the Town Walls on the South Parade and via the main bar and lounge areas. Please note: The Bar has an 1am licence on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, so It can be noisy at night, due to street noise and a late licence.

The Old Chemist Inn
The Old Chemist Inn is a Family pub and restaurant located in the heart of Saundersfoot. It has a large beer garden which provides direct access onto Saundersfoot's award winning beach. Serving good home-cooked food, daily local fresh fish specials and parties catered for in their restaurant or cellar bar. They serve real ales and have a happy hour between 4-6pm. The Old Coach House
Situated right on the High Street in Fishguard, this pub is a popular one with locals and holidaymakers alike. As well as offering a range of delicious pub meals, they host regular live music nights every Tuesday and Sunday, as well as curry nights on Wednesdays.
The Old Point House
The Old Point House in Angle is situated alongside the water at Angle Bay. It is a friendly pub popular with locals and holiday-makers alike, with quality pub classic meals such as sandwiches, fish and chips, sausage chips and beans, and chilli con carne. There are a range of ales and beers available, and there is outside eating areas perfect for a light lunch on a summers day. The Old Sailor
Formerly the Sailors Safety, this pub/restaurant dates from 1593. It is named for the light it once kept burning as a guide to ships. Set in a beautiful location where you can view spectacular sunsets, The Old Sailors restaurant stands on the beachside at Pwllgwaelod. A wide selection of local seafood is on the menu daily, with the local crab and lobster a must for all seafood lovers. For those with a more traditional taste there is a fantastic homemade Steak & Ale pie. A fine selection of local beers and fine wines available.
The Paddock Inn Chinese Cuisine
The Paddock Inn Chinese Cuisine in Penally is a now under new management as of 2017. Its a family friendly eatery with a full Chinese menu offering dine in takeaway and a delivery service.. There is a downstairs bar with open fire, an large upstairs restaurant ,and an outside eating area.
The Pelcomb Inn
The Pelcomb pub & restaurant is a family friendly county style pub, with a great choice of food, and real ales. Traditional menu and special's. Children's menus available and can also make some of the adult meals in smaller sized portion. In the summer months they often have live bands, theme nights. Please note: Dogs allowed in the beer garden and bar area only. They can cater for groups seating a maximum of 60 people. There would need to be a set menu and food would need to be pre-ordered.
The Pendre Inn
The Pendre Inn is a traditional pub situated at the top of Fishguard town. A welcoming pub, it retains many original features such as beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace. They have a beer garden, as well as a pool table and darts board. They serve a range of food from Sunday Lunch, to classic pub meals such as ham, egg and chips, as well as serving lighter options such as sandwiches, baguettes and jacket potatoes.
The Peppercorn Restaurant and Grill
The Peppercorn Restaurant & Grill is a family steakhouse based in the bustling market town of Narberth. They are located on the high street behind the clock tower, on Water Street. They offer quality meat and steak dishes, gourmet burgers, vegetarian dishes, real welsh ciders & ales. They also do a great Sunday lunch which are served between 12 -3pm. Please note: Only guide dogs are allowed in the restaurant.
The Plash Inn
The Plash Inn is situated in Llanfallteg, just ten minutes away from Whitland. A cosy country pub, The Plash Inn is complete with an open log fire perfect for those chilly evenings, and a beer garden for those beautiful summers days. They offer pub classics, handmade pizzas and cawl, as well as a whole range of Free From dishes made from Gluten Free ingredients.
The Plough Inn
The Plough Inn is located in the village of Sageston just off the Carew market round about. A pub that welcomes families which serve traditional pub food, Sunday Lunches and real ales. They often hold themed nights and BBQ throughout the year as well as Christmas and Easter Party, which are great for the children. The Potting Shed
The Potting Shed is a lovely tea rooms located in Manorbier garden centre serving Breakfasts, Lunches and Afternoon Tea. Delicious home cooked food and cakes to choose from. Either sit inside or relaxing outside on their lovely patio.
The Qube
Head to the Qube for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal! Open all day, this restaurant serves classic dishes as well as fine dining dishes, with a range of vegetarian and fish dishes making appearances on their specials board. The menu boasts local produce, and an extensive wine list. Take the children along between the hours of 5pm and 6pm where they can eat free, or pop in for Sunday lunch. They regularly put on Tapas Nights where you'll be able to hear live music.
The Royal Oak
The Royal Oak is a Lively pub in the heart of Saundersfoot which has a lot of history and character. It has a variety of Lunch time snacks, traditional menu, A Le Carte menu, specials board and children's menu They have a extensive wine list and serve real ales. Sunday roasts are also available but its advisable to book in advance. Seats available outside so you can watch the world go by!
The Salt Cellar

The Salt Cellar is a new restaurant which opened its doors in Febuary 2016. Located on the lower ground floor of the Atlantic Hotel, perched on the cliff tops overlooking Tenby’s South Beach, just a stones throw from the town centre. A lovely Restaurant and bar with a stunning cliff top terrace. Owned and run by four good friends, who have a wealth of experience in high quality hotels and restaurant and have a Passionate about all things Pembrokeshire!  Serving lunch, supper and Sunday lunches and has a great selection of wines by glass or the bottle. Please note: Parking is available on roads adjacent to The Esplanade, at The Five Arches car park and The Rectory car park, just a 2 minute walk from the restaurant.


The Shed
The Shed is a Fish and Chip Bistro in the Harbour village of Porthgain, with views over the Harbour. This bistro boasts freshly caught local seafood,caught daily! The Shed makes great use of local produce enabling them to make their own beer batter and local hand-cut potatoes grown in our very own county. Please Note: Dogs are allowed in the Picnic Area only. For any dietary requirements, please contact The Shed with at least 24 hour notice and they will be able to accommodate your needs.
The Ship Inn, Solva
The Ship Inn is situated in the centre of lower Solva, just a few seconds walk from the harbour. This is a traditional country pub offering food every day, with a popular Curry Club every Wednesday and Grill Night every Thursday. The Ship Inn is family run making it family friendly, with a function room, games room and large riverside garden area. Please Note: There is no designated parking, but there is a public car park nearby.

The Ship Inn is a typical country pub which boasts a wide range of local produce in its menus. Situated in Porthgain, The Sloop Inn is a very popular destination with locals and tourists alike. Top Joe's is an award winning restaurant which specialise in making fresh handmade pizza's to eat in a relaxed and friendly surroundings or to take-away. Also sell local organic salad grown in Cardigan, warming soups, fresh cut sandwiches and home-made ice-cream and desserts.

Trewern Arms
The Trewern Arms and hotel is a 16th century building, situated astride the banks of the River Nevern. It's a typical cosy country pub with stone walls and original beams. This riverside pub is situated in the Valley of Nevern making it a rather rural and secluded pub, with fishing off the river just across the road and popular woodland walks nearby. Food varies from pizza to burgers, from steak to fish - all made with local produce.

Each chocolate is completely handmade and made from 72% dark chocolate, welsh cream and welsh flavourings.The truffles are low in sugar making it the perfect treat for diabetics, most of the truffles are also naturally gluten free.

Tudor Lodge is a popular family friendly pub restaurant where you can call in for a delicious meal or simply a relaxing glass of wine after a long day. Victoria Inn is located on the edge of the village of Roch, just 1 mile from the golden sands of Newgale Beach. With a great view of the bay. They serving home-made food and real ales and have special themed nights such as Senior Citizen Lunch Specials on Thursdays, Curry night on Fridays and not forgetting the traditional Sunday roast which is served between 12-3pm. Warpool Court Hotel Restaurant

The hotel's Sea View Restaurant sources local Pembrokeshire Produce and Sea Food. Parking is available along the beach front and with Wisemans Bridge beach being dog friendly all year round, dogs are welcome in the front garden and the old bar area.
