The village of Spittal is situated in the heart of Pembrokeshire and lies between Haverfordwest and Fishguard, near the village of Wolf's Castle. The village, over the years, has developed around its green and is made up of a wide mixture of both period and modern buildings.
Located only a 10 minute drive away from the picturesque market town of Haverfordwest, with it’s farmer’s market and excellent facilities, Spittal is also within a short drive of the wonderful beaches of Nolton and Newgale, which are both accessible from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
The village pub serves great food throughout the year. In the winter the pub always has a roaring fire going, making it a perfect cosy hideaway.
Spittal is ideally situated within close range to the likes of Scolton Manor, the fabulous Llys Y Fran Reservoir and the wonderful wilderness of the Preseli Hills, all of which must be visited to appreciate their beauty.
