About Cwtch Cottage
Cwtch Cottage is a super end of terrace modern holiday home set on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the heart of the seaside village of Broad Haven, just 100 yards from the stunning sandy beach and sea. Perfect for a couple or family, it is comfortably furnished with practical laminate floors throughout, step into the modern fitted kitchen/diner, you can appreciate how close you are to the sea with glimpses from the kitchen window which overlooks the rear garden. Relax in the welcoming sitting room on the comfortable sofas, stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, welcoming retreats, while the double bedroom offers views to the sea and beach between the buildings.
French door leads out from the kitchen/diner opening out to the sheltered, enclosed rear garden with lawn and paved terrace, enjoy summer evenings and dine alfresco at the picnic bench while listening to the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach and catch glimpses of the sea.
Spend your days on this stunning stretch of golden sand, just a short level stroll away via a footpath, perfect for children to play and build sandcastles while your four legged friend will love a good run or try your hand at one of a choice of water sports on offer, there is even a hire shop for all the equipment, surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding are all popular.
Broad Haven is well-equipped with a café, popular local pub and well-stocked shop all on your doorstep, so just forget the car from the moment you arrive. Keen walkers can take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate the coastline’s stunning beauty, at low tide head along the beach to the neighbouring picturesque sandy inlet of Little Haven or over the headland when the tide is in. Children will love exploring the rock pools and the sheltered cove, popular with sailors, while there is an excellent choice of beach side pubs, restaurants, cafes and art galleries to try. There are a choice of beautiful beaches to explore nearby including Druidston and Nolton Haven, head to the Dale Peninsula, popular with sailors and don’t forget to take a boat trip from Martins Haven to visit Skomer Island home to the magical and comical Puffins, a truly special experience. While in the other direction is the long beach of Newgale, simply stunning and renowned destination for keen surfers.
