Making paying for your holiday a breeze

Paying with a deposit

When you choose holiday dates more than 10 weeks away from the time of booking, you can choose to pay the full price of your holiday or just a 30% deposit. You’ll then have up to 8 weeks before your holiday start date to pay the remaining balance.

Choose to pay it off at your own pace by giving us a call as and when you want or head to our Balance Payment page to issue a payment. Note, at the moment you can only pay the full amount of the remaining balance online but we are working on it so that one day you’ll be able to pay in instalments.

If you do choose to pay only the deposit at the time of booking, don’t worry about remembering to pay the remainder by the deadline. We’ll automatically get in touch to remind you when the time is nearing.

Puffin Payment Plan

If your holiday start date is over 6 months away from the time of booking, you can sign up for our Puffin Payment Plan. This is only available when booking over the phone so make sure to give us a call on 01437 765765 if you want to take advantage of this scheme. We’ll also ask you to fill out a quick form to make the process as simple as can be.

So how does it work? Well instead of the standard 30% deposit, we’ll only ask for a 15% deposit to secure your booking. From there, you’ll pay the remaining balance in equal instalments via direct debit until the full cost of your holiday is processed. And the best part? There are no hidden charges every time each individual payment is processed.

If you’re holidaying as part of a larger group, let us know and we can arrange for equal payments to be taken directly from each party (via direct debit) so the payments are shared. This means you get the benefits of booking a holiday together without the stress of handling the money for the entire party.

Pay in 3 (PayPal)

If you have a PayPal account, there’s another option available to you to make your holiday a little more affordable. Simply choose Pay in 3 during the checkout process and the total cost of your stay will be split into 3 equal payments that will be taken over the next three months. You’ll pay the first third at the time of booking, the second third the following month and the final third the month after that.
