Current Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

• Reservations Manager

We’re looking for a Reservations Manager who will lead our reservations team with energy, creativity, and a relentless focus on making things better. This is not a “sit back and manage” role. You’ll be the driving force in ensuring our reservations process is slick, seasonal opportunities are maximised, our owners are supported, and our guests feel they are in expert hands from the very first call.

• Front of House Manager

We are creating a brand-new role for a Front of House Manager — the first face people see when they arrive, and the personality that sets the tone for their experience with us. You’ll be the warm welcome, the problem-solver, the organiser, the one who ensures every visitor leaves thinking, “that was special.”

• In-House Videographer

We’re creating a brand-new role for an In-House Videographer — someone who can capture the magic of Pembrokeshire and transform it into engaging, shareable content across all our social platforms. You’ll be behind the lens, but also behind the ideas: shaping concepts, pitching content, and making sure our brand voice shines in every frame.
