Here at Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire, we offer a complete service for all properties under our full management package; this means we can take over the full day-to-day handling and maintenance of properties on behalf of our owners. We also receive many requests for recommendations from owners who manage their properties themselves.
With over 500 self-catered holiday cottages within our collection, we’re always wanting to expand our list of reliable contractors in the area. This includes electricians, plumbers, builders, general handymen and more. Our Maintenance List covers everything from window cleaners to gardeners so if you think your service is relevant, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We're always keen to hear from local tradies and handymen who can help us look after our wide range of cottages that span the extent of Pembrokeshire.
Plus, sometimes things go wrong and items break, so emergency call-outs might also be on the agenda.
It doesn't matter where you live because our cottages are located all over Pembrokeshire, although it does help if you can travel.
