Competition Terms And Conditions

The prize includes a 4-night, self-catering stay at Lantern Suite.

Bookings can be made between 2nd March 2020 and 26th March 2020, and 30th October 2020 to 21st December 2020.

Travel costs are NOT included as part of the prize. The winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Spending money and other expenses are NOT included as part of the prize. Lantern Suite cottage is provided on a 'self-catering' basis. Linen and towels will be provided. 

Prize may not be sold on online auction sites. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the winner may be asked to provide proof of age.

Any entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible or offensive will be void.

By providing Coastal Cottages with your entry details you are agreeing to allow Coastal Cottages to use this content in any of their future communications and marketing material. 

Entrants’ contact information and details will not be shared with third parties.

The winner will be selected at random.

The winner is at the full discretion of Coastal Cottages. The decision of Coastal Cottages is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Coastal Cottages will attempt to notify the winner within three days after the closing date. He/she will be contacted by email.

The winner will have seven days in which to claim his or her prize. If we are unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Coastal Cottages reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions and the competition information.

Upon confirmation of acceptance, the winner may be announced on the Coastal Cottages social media channels.

The winner must complete a guest booking form detailing full contact details.

The prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Coastal Cottages may change or restrict the arrival dates from the available booking dates window above. 

Prize information will be sent out via post after the winner has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of arrival.

Employees connected with this promotion from Coastal Cottages, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
