Contactless delivery will be maintained for all deliveries with necessary safety protocols in place. A mobile number for all parties will be required upon ordering.
As standard, all Concierge items will be delivered during the changeover period prior to your arrival. Any chilled items will be placed in the refrigerator as necessary otherwise, your items will be placed neatly on a worktop or table.
Items arranged for delivery during your stay will be made using contactless delivery with social distancing measures and safety procedures in place. All items will be placed outside the property, for instance on the doorstep, and our staff will step away for you to collect them.
You will be given a time slot for delivery and if you are not at the property when delivery takes place, you will be notified via mobile as to where your order has been placed awaiting your return.
As previously, late notice orders and orders for peak dates may result in the unavailability of delivery slots on your preferred delivery date. You will be made aware of this during the booking process and alternative delivery dates will be offered.
