An accomplished Chef Patissier, Orsola has cooked for many VIPs including the Royal Family making her a superb teacher and her classes, a truly unforgettable experience. Having worked extensively in Milan and the UK, her personal experiences allow her to teach authentic Italian methods such as pasta making, gnocchi and risotto as well as bread-making and patisserie. 

Learn techniques and skills to help you broaden your range of recipes; Orsola teaches you an understanding of food and how it works creating a fantastic overall knowledge. These in-cottage classes will have you understanding how food works rather than just following a recipe. 

These classes can cover a subject of your choosing from making the perfect cake to Spanish tapas. We can also offer healthy eating classes and classes specifically designed with athletes in mind.
