Enjoy a one-to-one virtual cookery class during your Pembrokeshire holiday
Alongside our fantastic in-cottage class options, you now have the option to book a shorter online class with our professional chef. Just as in person, you will be taught the techniques and skills needed to master these dishes rather than simply following a recipe and discovering how to make one dish.
An accomplished Chef Patissier, Orsola has cooked for many VIPs including the Royal Family making her a superb teacher and her classes, a truly unforgettable experience. Having worked extensively in Milan and the UK, her personal experiences allow her to teach authentic Italian methods such as pasta making, gnocchi and risotto as well as bread-making and patisserie.
