You will then be taken step-by-step through a practise tailored just for you, a practise which you can then take home with you and continue to work on. This will ensure you are feeling the benefits of your exclusive yoga session long after your holiday has finished.
Many of our guests choose to book an additional follow-up session with our therapist to make sure they really have the hang of their tailored practise before taking it home with them, let us know if you're thinking of booking a follow-up session. Shorter sessions may sometimes be available in these cases.
