Rosemary Cottage is approached from an A-road and then approximately half a mile of country lanes. The cottage is accessed through five bar double gates into an ample parking area up to 4 cars. Parking is possible directly in front of the front door. Access into the front porch is over a low hearth with one step up into the hallway. All floors internally are level. The narrowest entrance is 700 mm from the hall into the kitchen, as is the entrance to the bathroom. All other doors are 720 to 750 wide. The sitting room and dining room are open plan and has a large sliding door giving access to the stone patio over a full width open grid metal step 100 mm high with a further step up to the sliding door hearth of 130 mm. The parking area is flat and level with the patio. There are banked and raised lawns around the cottage with two sets of stone steps giving access to the lawns of approx. 1.5 acres. There is external lighting and a motion detector light outside the front entrance. The kitchen has extensive work tops and island breakfast bar. The oven is eye-level. The sitting room and dining area are bright areas, with large floor to ceiling glazing and roof lights giving panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
