Penally is a beautiful coastal village less than one mile away from the picturesque harbour town of Tenby.
This area once formed part of the pilgrims’ trail to St Davids in North Pembrokeshire and an impressive early 10th-century Celtic cross, now fully restored, can be found in the local church.
Despite its modest size, the village has a lively, vibrant community, and those who book any of our holiday cottages in Penally can also look forward to making use of some excellent local amenities, including a well-stocked shop and two pubs, both of which are known for serving great food.
Penally is set above the cliffs and offers stunning views over the dunes to Caldey Island and Giltar Point and, on a clear day, you can even spot Lundy Island off the Devonshire coast. Visitors to the area will have plenty of pretty walks to choose from, with wildflowers, ancient stone walls and an abundance of wildlife all waiting to be seen.
