Terms & Conditions
This promotion is promoted by Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Limited (The “Promoter”), Registration No: 02748097, registered office: Coastal House, Narberth Road, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 2XG
1. Referrals should only be made for property owners where you personally know them and have a genuine interest in letting their holiday property with Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire.
2. Referrals do not qualify if:
a. The property owner is already a current owner with Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire.
b. The owner has previously contacted Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire in relation to letting any property.
c. The property has previously been listed by the owner with Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire.
3. There is no limit on the number of referrals, providing they comply with these terms and conditions.
4. Should the same property be referred by more than one person, only the first referrer will qualify.
5. Referrals cannot be accepted where there the referrer has a direct relationship with the referred party e.g. spouse, partner or part of a corporate entity
6. The first two referrals will qualify for a £350 cashback and any subsequent referrals will qualify for a £500 cashback.
7. No cashback will be payable if the new owner withdraws their property within six months of going live on our website.
8. We reserve the right to reject any properties that we deem are not suitable for our property portfolio.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any referrals where it deems there are reasonable grounds that there’s been a breach of these terms and conditions and/or where a participant has gained an unfair advantage and is using fraudulent means. Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire will be the final arbiter in any such decisions, these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire reserves the right to withdraw or extend this promotion at any time.
