Clarence Cottage is situated on a one way street just outside the town walls of Tenby. Access the cottage through the front door up one step into the internal porch. Open the internal door to walk directly into the living room. The flooring is white painted original floorboards. There is a grey hall runner directly as you walk in. The kitchen can be accessed two ways. On entering the living room, you walk straight ahead to a small hall past the stairs. At the end of the floor boards you will see, quarry tiles take one step down to walk along the tiles. As you approach the opening, the quarry tiles and red brick steps start. Take one step down to a half landing turn left and take a further 3 steps into the kitchen. Please note these steps are made out of red bricks and have sharp edges. You can also access the kitchen by walking through the living room. You will find a large opening in the wall with five large grey wooden steps into the kitchen. The kitchen flooring is made of old quarry tiles, which is uneven in places. The dining sections of the kitchen is restored floor boards painted white. The stair case is situated in the living room. Staircase is original, sanded and painted white. Take 5 (five) steps up. At this point the stair case curves up a further 3 (three) steps to a half landing. Single Bedroom – at the half landing turn left walk up 2 (two) and a half steps to enter the room. Please be aware of the half step when exiting the room. From the half landing turn right and continue up 5 steps to a carpeted landing. The airing cupboard, housing the boiler is directly in front of you. Turning right and walking along the small landing, you will find the family bathroom on your left and the double bedroom. The Master Bedroom is accessed through a dressing room. En suite shower room is accessed through an outward opening door on your right. You take 3 (three) steps down to the bedroom area. The garden is accessed through inward opening double patio doors. Open the right door first. In the dining area of the kitchen take 1 (one) step up through the door and 1 (one) step down to access the first level of the concrete slab patio of the garden. The second section of the patio is accessed by one step down to a light patio slab. The living room, bedrooms and landing lighting are centre ceiling points. Lighting on the landing outside of the master and double bedroom is not bright. Bedrooms have a lot of natural light. The kitchen, bathrooms, dressing room in master bedroom and hall lighting is made up of ceiling spot lights. The dining room is lit by a centre light, this is dim lighting. There is a lot of natural light in the living space of the house. Sainsburys supermarket, the multi-storey car park, bus station and train station is less than a 5 (five) minute walk of Clarence Cottage.
