Coed Cottage is a cosy and spacious annexe to the owners' house in Newgale situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, set amongst outstanding coastal scenery. The uninterrupted and breathtaking views across St Brides Bay from the lounge, bedroom, and garden, includes ever-changing and diverse coastal vistas, as well as the islands of Green Scar, Ramsey, Grassholm and Skomer.
A 5 minute easy walk along the quiet lane then bridal path leads to the long, sandy beach where you can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Newgale boasts a good pub, surf hire centre and cafes. Further along the coast is Solva - a pretty harbour village and the tiny Cathedral city of St Davids. Coed Cottage is an ideal choice at any time of year.

Fuel Charges: Electricity Charged as used. Oil: £2 per day if required by prior arrangement.

Approached from A487 then approx 500 yards of narrow country lane. Cottage accessed by 14foot gate up slope to ample parking and turning area. Parking directly outside cottage, on level gravelled area. Entrance door 30” wide, two 8” steps. Guests met by owner who can assist with luggage if requested. Garden mainly lawned with slight inclines and terraced area. Two 9” steps up to picnic table. Good lighting in property – both natural and artificial. Flight of stairs to first floor. Bathroom with over bath shower, grab handles on bath. Low level wc. TV with teletext operated by remote control. External light by manual switch. Public transport (local bus service), bus stops on request from lay-by approx 650 yards from cottage.
Good weather for this time of year. This is the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Have never found a beach than Newgale.
We have had such a lovely fortnight here. It is a beautiful part of the world with great walks and great waves! The accommodation was just perfect. Spectacular sunsets enjoyed almost nightly.
