The property is approached via an A road. Parking ample, very slight incline at the start of the driveway but mainly level brick paving and patio slabs around the property. No steps into the front door, only bottom door frame. Alternative entrance at the rear (3 patio doors with approximately 6 inch step into house). Flat lawned garden to front and rear. Any help with luggage, information etc can be arranged from the hotel. TV in main lounge with remote control etc. All external doors are 2 foot 9 inches wide. All internal doors are 2 foot 6 inches wide. Good lighting in all areas of property and outside. Public transport approx 400 metres from property.
