Meadow Bank is a semi-detached house set on a quiet close in the heart of the village of Marloes with its historic clock tower.
Comfortably furnished in a contemporary style the cosy lounge/diner has a French door, with a useful porch, which opens onto the small, enclosed garden with patio and lawn area - ideal to enjoy a family barbecue on a summer’s evening. The pretty bedrooms, with countryside views, make a welcome retreat after busy days exploring the wonderful sandy beaches which abound in this area.
A local pub, shop and play park are within a few 100 yards, while the sandy beaches of Musselwick and Marloes Sands are both within 1 mile - ideal for both families and walkers alike. Dale is nearby, with its sheltered harbour making it popular for sailing enthusiasts while the watersports centre caters for all.
Why not try a boat trip to the islands of Skokholm and Skomer which depart from Martin's Haven, only a short drive away.

The house is approached via a B-road from Haverfordwest(approximately 11 miles from the house) along country lanes, some sections of which are narrow with passing places. The house is accessed via a gravel drive directly from the close (no gates). There is ample room to park 2 cars on the drive; a further car can usually be accommodated on the close itself. The main entrance door is reached up the short drive, which is on a very slight incline. There is one shallow step to enter the front porch. Alternative access is via the concrete path to the right of the property, and through the garden gate to the rear patio doors, which are also accessed by one shallow step. The small rear garden is laid to grass with a level, paved patio area next to the patio doors. Patio furniture is supplied: 4 folding weather-resistant wooden chairs, and a wooden patio table, under an all-weather garden furniture cover. A parasol for the table is stored inside the property. Ground floor facilities include the kitchen, a spacious downstairs cloakroom (wc and good-sized whb plus access to heating/hot water controller and boiler), and lounge/dining room. The lounge has a double sofa bed, which - though not usually for the use of guests - may be used on request by guests who cannot easily use the stairs to the first floor. First floor facilities consist of 3 bedrooms (A double room, 2 single rooms) and a bathroom with wc, whb and bath, with a thermostatically-controlled shower over the batch (at standing height), and a bath mixer tap/hand-held shower head at sitting height. The kitchen has worktops at a standard height and a low-level oven. The lounge is well-lit with natural, artificial and task lighting. The digital TV and stereo unit may both be operated by remote control. Public transport: the nearest bus stop is in the village by the Clock Tower, approximately 300m from the house.
A most enjoyable stay in a well appointed and comfortable house
Thoroughly enjoyed, nice comfortable house. Visited Marloes Beach and Musslewick Sands. Good location, Haverfordwest not too far and lovely drive along the coast to St Davids
A lovely, modern, well equipped cottage. A shame that we couldnt stay for the whole week. Lovely to walk Deer Park and a boat trip to Skomer
An enjoyable and comfortable stay loved the beaches, especially for our little boy who loved the rock pools and all the space to run around. Hope to be back again next year.
Another very comfortable stay in Marloes, Many thanks.
Having stayed here two years ago we knew what a great cottage this is and base to enjoy Pembrokeshire. This year added kayaking and crabbing at Dale and a trip to St David's. Marloes beach was still the favourite though along with horse riding on the beach for Emily and sand castling for Daniel Thanks
Loved the beaches, Marloes still top! Really enjoyed the chilled and happy vibes at The Druidstone Hotel
Thank you for a very comfortable stay at Meadow Bank & all the local info & walks. We were able to do some beautiful walks and especially enjoyed the area around Marloes & St Brides. Its a wonderful location & im sure well be back in the future.

A very comfortable holiday in a lovely clean and comfortable holiday home. The weather was fantastic for us and the coastal walking superb. Skomer island was a delight as was Marloes sands.

Beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable cottage, pretty coastline. Enjoyed the meal at the St Brides Inn Little Haven. Would love to return thank you.
We have so enjoyed a very happy few days away from the maddening crowds of Royal Berkshire. This is a very comfortable home from home holiday cottage, The only thing missing for us O.A.P,s was something to hold onto in the shower. The scenic coastal walks have been beautiful and challenging. Having locals eateries within walking distance of the cottage was an added bonus
Different types of weather.Lovely day on skomer and have explored St Davids and Newport and south to Stackpole and Bosherston. Cotatge very nice, comfortable and well equipped leaflets gave us good ideas for day trips and restaurant/pubs. Thank you
Has to be the cleanest most nicely furnished holiday cottage we have ever stayed in-thank you.Great week despite mixed weather, the highlight being a trip to skomer Island to see the puffins. Marloes sands and St Brides Bay both very different beaches but equally delightful

Hilton court gardens are pretty as ever.Had a tasty meal in the Nest Bistro in Little Haven
A lovely cottage, well equipped and a real home from home. Despite the mixed weather we had a great week.Marloes sands and St Brides are lovely beaches. Dale is good for crabbing! Cenarth Adventure is well worth the drive to keep the boys occupied in the wet weather!-Book first. We all enjoyed the boat trip to Skomer-no puffins but seals and porpoises
