Penybryn is a delightful, semi-detached bungalow, set on a quiet residential estate above the bustling seaside town of Tenby. Its elevated position makes the most of the sea views from the front of the property out over Carmarthen Bay towards Caldey Island. Renovated and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, the comfortable lounge/diner with large corner sofa is perfect for relaxing, patio doors open to a decked front terrace, the perfect spot to admire the lovely sea views. Cooking in the modern, fitted kitchen will never be a chore, as it shares the same wonderful coastal view. Children will enjoy the games/TV room nestling in the eaves which gives additional space, accessed via a few steep stairs - but mind your head. Both double bedrooms feel light and airy with sliding doors opening to the rear enclosed, landscaped garden with slate terrace and steps to a raised lawned area, this is a real, sheltered sun trap all day and perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening.

Conveniently located, an approximate 15 minute downhill walk takes you to the beautiful sandy North Beach or catch the bus which stops a few yards from your door to the great range of pubs, restaurants and shops set on the cobbled streets within the historical walled centre of Tenby. There are 2 other glorious sandy beaches and picturesque harbour to explore. A trip to Caldey Island is a must of any holiday to visit the Cistercian monks. Try your hand at one of the many watersports on offer or for keen golfers there are a choice of 2 courses, Tenby golf club or the picturesque Trefloyne. There are a number of family attractions within a short drive including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Activity Park.

Approached via an A-road, the entrance to the estate is off the lay by and up the hill. The property has parking for 2 cars in the sloping driveway and cars can also park alongside the front garden on road. The front door is reached by a small step up. There is a raised decking area in front of house approximately 2 feet high accessed by 2 steps up. Patio doors lead to this area from the lounge. Well-lit living room with lots of natural light. 2 doubles are also well lit with large windows to back garden. Kitchen has worktops and butchers block area and low level oven/fridge/freezer/washing machine. Attic conversion is accessed by narrow, steep fixed wooden step ladder with limited headroom. TV with remote controls. Back garden is sheltered and sunny with no steps. Dogs are welcome and the back garden is enclosed by a fence and gate. Public transport (local bus service) stops close to the property within the estate.
