Rosebank, formerly known as 11 St Nons Close, is a spacious, detached house tucked away down a residential cul-de-sac and facing onto a quiet lane leading down to St Non’s Bay and the Coastal Path (less than 1 km away). It is just off the centre of the popular tiny city of St Davids so all its excellent facilities are within a few yards. Comfortably furnished, the large open plan kitchen/diner has a wonderful modern fitted kitchen and large dining table to enjoy family meals around. Having two lounges, the ground floor gives plenty of space for children to relax in the second lounge while the adults enjoy cosying up round the wood burning stove in the large main lounge. From here, French doors lead out to the paved patio at the back of the house where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or the front patio gives additional space to relax and all is safely enclosed. A central staircase leads up to a spacious galleried landing with easy seating and pretty bedrooms reflecting the varying beach and seaside tones.

From the front patio glimpses of the Cathedral remind you just how close you are to one of the Country’s most lovely Cathedrals and Bishop’s Palace, as well as the excellent range of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries just a few minutes from your door. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is nearby and you can explore some of our finest coastline and beaches with Whitesands Bay, officially one of the best beaches in the world, only a short drive away. Try your hand at a range of water sports on offer locally including surfing, kayaking and coasteering or take a trip to Ramsey Island from St. Justinian’s to see the amazing birdlife, seals and puffins.

The property is approached via an A-road. 2 spaces on drive which is on gravel at a slight slope. Entrance reached through a gate down a step into patio area. This is a few feet from the kitchen door (82cm wide) which is up one step. Front door and utility room can be reached down a fairly narrow side passage with an up and down step. Front door is up 2 steps. Front door can also be reached on foot from the street through a high narrow gate. Further alternative entrance through double French doors (116cm wide) to lounge. Reached from patio at back of house by car park, up one step. There is a step up and down in the side paved passage where the door leads into the utility room. Small enclosed level patios to front and back of house, connected by side passage. No level changes on ground floor. Kitchen has extensive work tops and high level oven and microwave. Kitchen and the main lounge is well lit with natural and artificial light. TV with subtitles operated by remote control. Stairs to first floor have 3 sections connected by 2 x 90 degree turns. Middle section has 2 handrails; upper and lower sections have a handrail. Mobile signal – please check with your mobile provider over coverage. Guide dogs welcome. Celtic Coaster local bus service can be hailed in the main street and Catherine Street. Buses to Haverfordwest and Fishguard from centre of St Davids, about 500 yards away.

We enjoyed a glorious week. We have had lots of fun at the beach, body boarding, surfing, big meat BBQ’s, coastal path walks and the fabulous wall to wall sunshine! We love St Davids area and the property as a whole.

Rosebank & St Davids are very special and simply lovely. The weather has been fantastic and of course the swim at Whitesands yesterday was one of the best ever. It has been a lovely week in every way and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful week, quay jumping, blue lagoon triumphs, paddleboarding, fun on the beach and of course our last night evening swim and 1st mackerel caught! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great five days with lovely weather. We enjoyed swimming at Caerfai Bay. It was idyllic at Whitesands eating fish & chips and watching the sunset. We had a lovely stay thank you.

We have loved our stay….3 clear blue days out of 5, scaled the heights of Carn Llidi and walked most of the coast path from Caerfai to St Justinians. Also loved the blue lagoon at Abereiddy and of course the Sloop Inn at Porthgain.
