Approached from A487 and then approximately one and a half miles of narrow country lanes. Cottage accessed from a shared, ungated courtyard with parking (1 space in shared car park plus visitors space subject to availability). Main front door accessed by an up and over step. There is no alternative entrance. No help available with luggage. Garden available to guests in two parts – -Two level patio areas to the rear and side of house with seating areas in both. -A raised grassed area accessed by two steep steps. Ground floor area has no steps, and the open plan living kitchen area leads off a tiled hallway. There is utility/cloakroom off the hallway with wc and hand basin, as well as freezer and washing machine and drying area. Kitchen has work area/breakfast bar, with low-level oven and floor based fridge and dishwasher. Three standard lamps in the living area supplement the wall and ceiling lights. Sky TV is accessed by remote controls. First floor accessed by wider than standard stairs (98cms wide). Straight stairs have conventional bannister rail on one side, and supplementary support for three quarters of the length on the opposite wall. A double room and twin room on first floor, the twin has ensuite with shower, (step up) whb and wc. Family bathroom with bath, shower (step up) whb and wc. External lights front and rear (manually operated). No public transport within a mile of property. Guide dogs welcome. Hot tub available by request, accessed by three steps.
