A charming stone cottage with a super hot tub to enjoy, it was once the Coach House to Cuffern Manor. Is has been beautifully converted, one of a terrace of six set down a quiet country lane nestling in the countryside yet within a couple of miles of the beautiful Newgale beach and Nolton Haven.

Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, it is a real home from home, the open-plan living space has a fitted kitchen area while the dining and cosy sitting area open to an enclosed rear garden with a sheltered paved patio, enjoy wonderful summer evenings relaxing in the hot tub while the wind whispers in the surrounding mature trees and wonder at the stars above. Dine alfesco as the paved terrace wraps around the back of the cottage with steps leading up to a raised lawn. There are two welcoming bedrooms on the first floor, one ensuite and a full bathroom for your convenience.

Relax in this super rural setting, bird and wildlife will delight, wander pretty country lanes and footpaths, Nolton Haven beach is only 1.5 miles away and the long sandy beach at Newgale, popular with surfers, both professionals and beginners alike is only 2 miles away. Spend your days on the beach and enjoy refreshments at the beachside pub and cafes or why not try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer at the hire centre.

A horse back ride on the beach at Nolton is sure to be the highlight of any holiday. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate this stunning coastline. The market town of Haverfordwest with its weekly Farmers Market and range of facilities is within easy reach or head west to visit the picturesque harbour village of Solva and the famous tiny City of St Davids with the majestic Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

This is a delightful cottage for a couple or family to enjoy, ideally located to explore glorious Pembrokeshire.

Approached from A487 and then approximately one and a half miles of narrow country lanes. Cottage accessed from a shared, ungated courtyard with parking (1 space in shared car park plus visitors space subject to availability). Main front door accessed by an up and over step. There is no alternative entrance. No help available with luggage. Garden available to guests in two parts – -Two level patio areas to the rear and side of house with seating areas in both. -A raised grassed area accessed by two steep steps. Ground floor area has no steps, and the open plan living kitchen area leads off a tiled hallway. There is utility/cloakroom off the hallway with wc and hand basin, as well as freezer and washing machine and drying area. Kitchen has work area/breakfast bar, with low-level oven and floor based fridge and dishwasher. Three standard lamps in the living area supplement the wall and ceiling lights. Sky TV is accessed by remote controls. First floor accessed by wider than standard stairs (98cms wide). Straight stairs have conventional bannister rail on one side, and supplementary support for three quarters of the length on the opposite wall. A double room and twin room on first floor, the twin has ensuite with shower, (step up) whb and wc. Family bathroom with bath, shower (step up) whb and wc. External lights front and rear (manually operated). No public transport within a mile of property. Guide dogs welcome. Hot tub available by request, accessed by three steps.
