Ty Peggie is a pretty stone barn conversion, beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed, set down an unmade private drive on the Eastwood Estate on the outskirts of the popular market town of Narberth and only a short drive from the stunning coastline at Saundersfoot. 

One of three properties converted from agricultural buildings on this estate nestling in rolling countryside and surrounded by stunning mature indigenous trees, it is adjacent to the owner’s holiday home. Step into the light open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings and beams, it is beautifully furnished in a perfect mix of antique and contemporary unusual pieces in natural tones that reflect the rural surroundings with comfortable seating, dining table and modern well-equipped fitted kitchen. The hallway leads to two charming compact well-appointed bedrooms each with their own high quality ensuites, stairs take you to two further bedrooms nestling in the eaves with some restricted headroom, again with ensuites, the twin room is galleried over the sitting room. 

The sitting room opens to the enclosed rear garden, enjoy an alfresco meal on the large gravel terrace a delightful spot with steps up to a sloping lawned area. Good walks abound in this area - at the end of the drive join the Knight’s way and explore Canaston Woods and Blackpool Mill. 

Narberth nearby has a wonderful selection of popular pubs, restaurants, boutique shops and antique markets to sample and is only a few minutes drive away. For that treat or special occasion enjoy a meal at The Grove Hotel just a few minutes away. There are a number of family attractions including The Blue Lagoon which has a spa for real pampering, Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm, all within a short drive while to the south less than 20 minutes away lie the pretty seaside towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby with their beautiful, sandy beaches and seaside restaurants. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore the stunning coastline of southern Pembrokeshire on foot. For golf enthusiasts there is a course on your doorstep at Heronsbrook or alternatively try the courses at Tenby.

Main entrance reached by one step. Small garden mainly lawned – slight incline. Level graveled area with patio furniture. Ground floor facilities include 2 ensuite bedrooms 1 with a shower 1 with a bath. Open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining. Kitchen has extensive worktops and eye level oven Separate W.C. Laundry room. First floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms 1 with a bath 1 with a shower. T.V operated by remote control. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport local town approximately 2 miles.
