French doors open to the Mediterranean style garden, which is totally enclosed and is for your use only, an ideal place to enjoy an alfresco meal on those sunny evenings while you sip the owners welcoming bottle of champagne.
Take advantage of your secure parking and leave the car behind from when you arrive, with all the excellent pubs, restaurants and shops to wander on your doorstep, there are a choice of 4 excellent sandy beaches within yards, try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer. Walk the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate this fantastic coastline, exploring west to Manorbier and Lydstep or east to Saundersfoot, Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth. Take a trip to Caldey Island, from the picturesque harbour, home of the Cistercian monks sample the unique serene atmosphere. There are a wealth of family attractions such as Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities all within a short drive, or for golfing enthusiasts there are a choice of picturesque courses to test your skills

The property I situated within Tenby’s historic walls, halfway between the medieval historic walls, halfway between the medieval church and the sea. The courtyard provides parking for three cars. The main entrance door has a 6” step. The doors are 1 metre wide. The garden is about 500 square foot, secluded and flat. The kitchen has extensive work tops. The courtyard and garden are lit up automatically at night. There is an emergency lighting system to provide for power failure. The TV has remote control. The town centre is about 50 metres away and the access is relatively flat. Tenby Pedestrianisation is running from 13th July to 11th September 2020 from 11am until 5.30pm each day.
