Here at Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire, we’re all about that unforgettable holiday experience – it’s what we’re most passionate about. That’s why we’ve spent years gathering a portfolio of spectacular holiday homes, idyllic traditional stone cottages and unique accommodations so there is something to suit everyone.

One day, we decided that wasn’t enough. Our guests were often asking for advice on where to go and what to see during their stays, thus the idea for Concierge was born. After all, who better to guide you to the best places to eat and must-visit attractions than the very people who live here all year round?

But we didn’t stop there. Instead of simply becoming an information point for our guests, and our owners for that matter, we decided to go an extra step further and create our own range of holiday extras. Over the years, this has grown to the fantastic selection of extras you’ll find listed on our website today.

Order holiday hampers, fizz and celebration packages, dine at home meals and flower bouquets; all of which will be delivered to your cottage prior to your arrival (unless requested otherwise). Arrange in-cottage therapies and experiences such as private yoga classes, cookery lessons, private dining, massages and beauty treatments. Or you can venture into the wild Welsh landscape for a plethora of activities such as watersports, boat trips, climbing, horse riding and aeroplane flights.

Holiday Hampers

We’ve teamed up with our local butchers, bakers and produce suppliers to bring you the very finest in holiday hampers. Expect superb breakfast hampers and fantastic barbecue hampers bursting with local sausages, bacon and more along with Sunday roast hampers that provide you with fresh local vegetables and quality joints of meat.

Indulge in Welsh cheeses, local beers, national delicacies and locally sourced fruit to satisfy those cravings. You can even purchase dog hampers for your pup!

Fizz & Celebration Packages

Being on holiday is reason enough to celebrate but if you do happen to be celebrating a special occasion during your stay too, you might want to take advantage of our fizz and celebration packages.

Choose between prosecco, cava and a selection of champagnes – each come with a bottle of bubbly, a box of luxury chocolates and two champagne flutes. If you’re not much of a fizz fan, there are of course other alcoholic tipples to choose from such as Welsh whiskey, a sample selection of Welsh gins and Tenby beers.

We can also arrange celebration cakes (including dog cakes!) and party decorations too, ideal for when you want to go big with your festivities.

Flower Bouquets

Fresh flower bouquets always look superb wherever they’re placed whether it be as a centrepiece on a dining table, as a decorative statement on a windowsill or to brighten up a kitchen countertop. All of our bouquets come hand-tied (unless specified otherwise) with every flower personally selected and arranged by our expert florists.

Each bouquet comes with an accompanying card where we can handwrite a personal message from you to your loved one. It’s no wonder these are some of our most popular add-ons as they are the ideal surprise gift for loved ones no matter the time of year.

Food & Dining Experiences

Authentic travelling isn’t complete unless it’s paired with top food experiences, and everyone has their own preference for what constitutes their top food experience. That’s why we offer different levels of foodie experiences.

Those looking for simple and convenient adore our dine at home option, where we deliver freshly prepared restaurant meals to your holiday cottage. Each comes individually portioned with clear instructions on how to reheat. A fantastic foodie alternative is our A La Carte menu which also comes delivered to your holiday home.

With the private dining experience, you’ll be spoilt by one of our brilliant local chefs for the evening (or lunch or breakfast actually!). Book a family feast, a three-course fine dining meal, a seven-course tasting menu or a banquet of dreams. Whether you go simple or luxurious here, our chefs will prepare everything at your holiday cottage before serving you and then clearing away after you – you won’t need to lift a finger!

Our Graze Boxes are all the trend in recent months and we can see why! Mouthwatering hand-cooked delicacies to suit your appetite whether you fancy savoury or sweet. For larger parties, ask us about arranging a Graze Table Experience and we'll help you organise a truly special spread.

Wellness Packages

Pembrokeshire is the perfect spot for a coastal retreat so pamper yourself with our choice of spa and beauty treatments. Unwind with a full body massage, relax with one of our holistic therapies or soothe your wellbeing with a calming private yoga session. Plan the ultimate celebration with a pamper party or let us help make your big day special with our special occasion make-up sessions.

Sportsmen can also take advantage of our Concierge service and level up their training break with a sports massage, a one-to-one nutrition consultation or even an athlete masterclass in healthy cooking.

Activities & Experience Days

This collection consists of family-favourite seaside activities such as surfing and coasteering, as well as once-in-a-lifetime experiences like learning how to fly a plane. Explore the stars with a bespoke stargazing experience or take part in an exclusive art experience along the west coast of Pembrokeshire. Or book one of our horse riding treks, the beach ride is a must!

Have a go at fishing and learn how to handle a rod, sign up for a guided walk and discover the wonders of the coast path with our expert local guide or book a wildlife boat trip and go sightseeing around Ramsey and Grassholm Islands. Look out for a paw icon as some activities are dog friendly.
