For a festival of wellbeing, book a ticket for The Big Retreat. This weekend-long gala champions all that is wellbeing, with balance being integral to a positive way of living. Immerse yourself in calming yoga classes, laugh out loud at a comedy performance, quench your thirst with a cheeky gin and tonic, before dancing and singing along to live music. Taking place in Lawrenny overlooking the estuary, the tranquil location offsets the celebrations perfectly resulting in a truly restorative and rejuvenating experience for all.
Long Course Weekend and Ironman Wales are the two main attractions for athletes. Thousands of wetsuit clad triathletes engulf the town with their bicycles and running trainers in hand, ready to tackle the endurance test of a lifetime on this demanding hilly course. Tenby and Milford have both become favourite locations for popular Street Food Festivals overlooking the water whilst St Davids is home to the Really Wild Food Festival which has reclaimed its beloved spot in the events diary. Cardigan River & Food Festival celebrates the bygone industries of the River Teifi and the delicious delicacies of the area, and Haverfoodfest is one of the fantastic newer events to launch in recent years.
