You may notice a new addition to the landscape when you're out and about in Pembrokeshire in future, the Wildwater Sauna.
When you're sightseeing some of the most iconic destinations in the region such as Newgale Beach, you may stumble across a beautiful pop-up cabin housing a luxury sauna. This new venture is brought to our corner of the world by the team at Wildwater Sauna who have put together the following article for us to share with you.
Wildwater Sauna in Pembrokeshire
In today’s fast-paced world, we often find ourselves detached from the soothing rhythm of our environment. Every once in a while we need a haven where we can pause, breathe and immerse back into the tranquil beauty of Mother Nature and reconnect with our inner selves.
Nestled in the depths of one of the UK’s most picturesque landscapes, Pembrokeshire’s very first mobile sauna promises to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit while fostering a deeper connection with the natural world. Imagine unwinding in a wood-fired sauna overlooking the ocean after a cold dip in the sea. Wild Water Sauna offers a wellness experience that is truly unique, bringing the Nordic traditions of hot/cold therapy to the coastlines of Pembrokeshire.

The incredible health benefits of cold and heat exposure are now scientifically proven. Not only do our circulation, heart, lungs and skin respond positively, but our immune system, metabolism and mental health do too.
The authentic Scandinavian sauna seats up to six people. You can book a 1-hour slot in a communal session, or for those seeking a more intimate and exclusive experience, you can also book a private session where you and your chosen companions can bask in the warmth and tranquillity in perfect privacy.
Wildwater Sauna was founded by Scott Chalmers and Richard Lynch, established filmmakers and friends who have worked together in the television and film industry for years. “Pembrokeshire and its incredible National Park has been our common space since childhood and we feel privileged to have our roots firmly planted here. We share the vision of making this mystical coastline more accessible to our community and its visitors all year round. Sustainability, combined with the spirit of adventure, health and wellness are the foundation principles of Wildwater Sauna’s vision.”
