In honour of our Patron Saint of Wales, the UK's smallest city hosts an annual dragon parade throughout the city centre.
Once home to Saint David, or Dewi Sant as we call him in Wales, St Davids briefly closes the road on a chosen day around March 1st and sees families, schools and children parade down the high street from Oriel Y Parc to Cross Square holding their handmade dragons high for all to see. Each year the theme changes, 2020 celebrates the colours of Saint David's flag - yellow and black.
In the run up to this event, Oriel Y Parc usually hosts dragon-making workshops to help you prepare.
