Grassholm View is the best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in. Pembrokeshire is glorious. We hope to return in the near future
We have stayed in many holiday accommodation in Pembrokeshire over the years, but nothing has compared with Grassholm View. The superlatives listed herein say it all. If I were pressed to make a criticism it would be… um… er… nothing at all, it’s faultless.
It was our first visit to Grassholm but it certainly won’t be our last! The apartment is delightful – contemporary, comfortable, well-equipped and set in wonderful, peaceful grounds, what more could anyone ask for.
Wow! This is an amazing apartment that has exceeded all our expectations! We've loved coming back each evening to Grassholm and enjoying all its wonderful comforts. Thank you
Everything we could possibly need was here, plus some more. This lovely apartment is in such a beautiful position, and so convenient for exploring the area. We hadn't visited the St Davids area since 1964. I had forgotten how beautiful it is. The weather also played it's part, virtually unbroken sunshine for 7 days. A truly stunning holiday. Thank you also for the bottle of wine which greeted us.
Wonderful apartment. We'd give it 6 *'s Fabulous weather , wonderful walks, we recommend the wildlife centre at cardigan where you you can spot kingfishers, otters and water buffalo! The Bishops Inn in St Davids and The Ship Inn in Solva are good for food, as is the wildlife centre. We tried to get into The Shed but it was fully booked, so book early if you want a table. Most important of all, the bed is very comfy. We hope to return for another holiday here as there are still so many places to explore. Thank you for the wine and welcome surprise.
A great holiday. Superb accommodation. exceeded all expectations.
We couldn't have chosen a better week. Beautiful weather to visit both old & new places. Love the Tv and settee. Many Thanks
Yet another fabulous week. Everything perfect, as always in the flat. Love the new sofa. Hope to be back later in the year.
We have enjoyed a really special, happy week here. A lovely holiday especially being near our family.
Despite the windy weather we enjoyed the comfort and luxury of the beautiful apartment. Lovely meals in The Farmers Arms (St Davids) and Cambrian Inn (Solva). Enjoyed the views from the windows and the excellent location of the apartment - we will definitely be back.
This made a very enjoyable Christmas break. Excellent accommodation, good walking (in spite of the weather) and a very uplifting Christmas day service in St Davids Cathedral. The little Christmas tree was much appreciated. Our second visit this year - we shall be back.
Another fantastic week at Llanunwas and thank you for the 'fizzy' welcome most enjoyable! Even in November we ran out of time, there is so much to see and do, so we will return!
Five star luxury on the Pembrokeshire coast - a timely relaxing break. We had a lovely time walking the beautiful footpaths and eating sandwiches whilst looking over the changing colour of the sky and the sea. The view from the windows is breathtaking - rewarding in every direction. Thank you for making our stay so homely and memorable.
Apartment very good. Appreciated hi fi - could look up places to visit and check on places seen on google earth! Enjoyed many walks as listed in this book, elsewhere. A great view from windows, good to just sit and watch. Very enjoyable week.
Outstanding property! All you could wish for. Info booklet is absolutely spot on - anticipates all possible queries - uncanny! We really enjoyed our stay
Wonderful! Just what the doctor ordered. A very relaxing week in a beautiful part of the country.... Thank you.
We love it here! Our first trip to Pembrokeshire has exceeded all expectations and Llanunwas / Grassholm view is a home from home (except my home isn't this well equipped!) We are already looking forward to a return visit, so much to do so we'll definitely be back. Thank you.
Apartment lovely very comfortable cannot think of anything it doesn't have. Coastal walks ahve been brilliant had a lovely week.
Our second visit here and it did not disappoint! Another wonderful stay with glorious sunshine all week. We love it here and can't guarantee we won't be back again. Thank you.
We cannot fault this lovely apartment and try as we might cannot think of anything that is missing or could be improved! On our last night we ate at Y Cwtch in St Davids which we can highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful break
Another lovely visit! Highlights included a colony of 16 seals plus lots of birds. Weather suprisingly kind although mist /drizzle often. Not many bits of coast left untrodden now, but willcertainly be back to enjoy them.
Astonishingly beautiful weather, spectacular scenery and wonderful apartment! What a treat in January. Very cold as frost didn't leave the ground - but magnificent.
Great location, even in the middle of winter. Amazingly peaceful after a loud Christmas, loved our stay.
What a great break! Fantastic location. The only plsce we never walked was straight out to sea. We had a great time. The weather has been cold but dry. Snow on the way down but clear here. The local post office is very friendly. Please support this local shop it is an Aladdins cave. So far all is great we might get snowed in yippee. Feeding the birds has been a pleasure, a handful of nuts and seeds from the post office, has shown us a great variety of birds all around, fantastic time can we come back again soon.
A wonderful week in a lovely location. We also saw lots of seals, both close up at Martins Haven and from a distance at St Jeffreys Bay, a short walk through the Deer Park there. Ian enjoyed the sea fishing trip from Solva harbour. Thanks for the dinning recommendations - the curry from the ship was particularly good.
Having spent several happy holidays at Llanunwas we were disappointed when it was sold and off the holiday market. We are delighted it's back - and with far more luxurious accomodation. Grassholm view is a wonderful place to wake up to the view in the morning and come back to after a good days walking. The weather has been great for walking, seal watching etc. I'm sure we'll be back soon.
Lovely apartment in a lovely location! Everthing we needed plus a little bit more. Loved sitting in the windows admiring the view! Will certainly be back, thanks
Wonderful, luxurious apartment with fantastic views! Everything here that you need for a great holiday. Loved all the 'extra' touches! We would certainly come again, thanks very much.
Wonderful conversion into a spacious comfortable apartment with excellent facilities and equipment. Kitchen is a pleasure to use.
Great TV technology and film collection, comfy sofa bed! Really lovely flat, great furnishings and photo's, very homely and also very smart, very handy red file for all the instructions - best of all, sea views from the bed (extremely comfortable) ! Location was superb, can't wait to come back. A marvellous retreatfor the 21st century. Ta very !
Thank you so much for the rest and relaxation (and the walks), sea views, beautiful apartment - it was awonderful holiday. Even fantastic weather! I have enjoyed every minute.
Beautiful apartment, fabulous weather, great walks and even better cycle ways. Would love to have spent some time in the garden.

Lovely apartment, very cosy and warm. Great views and the bed is so comfortable. Can't wait to come back again soon.
What a beautiful apartment. Much better than we could have ever expected. Perfect for our much-needed long weekend away providing everything that we needed for a relaxing break. Even in cold weather, lots to do and we greatly enjoyed walking along the cliff top. Solva is a beautiful location and we can’t wait to come back next year.
This flat is perfect in every way. Such a beautiful spot, a little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!
A lovely peaceful week, beautiful setting and lush apartment. Fab!
We had a fantastic time here, beautiful weather, beautiful walks and the apartment has everything we could of wished for plus the ‘wow’ factor! We would especially recommend Morgan’s & The Grove in St Davids for great food. Will definitely be back next year.
A well presented apartment with every home comfort. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Scenery and walking are fabulous. Can’t wait to come back and explore more.
The apartment is fantastic, everything you want and need plus that bit extra. Great views, good walking and easy reach of towns etc. Very peaceful, would visit again and again and again!!
What a lovely apartment and what a view! So close to some of the most beautiful coastline in the country. Perfect for an active walking holiday or a relaxing ‘put your feet up’ time.
