Saundersfoot Cawl Trail for St Davids Day

Celebrate St Davids Day at Saundersfoot's Cawl Train

In celebration of St David's Day, the fun-filled Saundersfoot Cawl Trail usually takes place on the last Saturday in February, nearest to March 1st. The festival welcomes visitors and locals to explore the seaside town via bowls of handmade cawl.

This cawl competition sees venues throughout the town take on the challenge of competing for the title of Best Cawl with crowds sampling homemade cawl in each of the participating venues before voting for their favourite.

Find out full details via the Love Saundersfoot website.

We estimate that the 2027 Saundersfoot Cawl Trail for St Davids Day is likely to run on Saturday 27th February.
