Sandy Haven is a picturesque wide creek, situated between Milford Haven and Dale, with the estuary positioned at the bottom of this valley, it's an ideal location for long walks with the dogs.
Set right on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the area is perfect for boating and kayaking enthusiasts. Upstream from Sandy Haven sits a pretty footbridge, ideal for crossing the water when the stepping stones are submerged by the incoming tide.
Lindsway beach is less than a mile away and the neighbouring village of St Ishmaels has a pub, recommended for food and extensive garden centre with cafe which is well worth a visit.
While in the opposite direction is Dale, popular with sailors and water lovers with its waterside pub, cafe, yacht club and hire centre.
