Aberporth is less than 2 miles away and has a choice of 2 beaches to explore and a range of pubs, restaurants and shops. A visit to Mwnt, famous for its dolphins should not be missed, while there are a further choice of seaside towns and beaches to visit including, Newquay and Llangrannog to the north and Poppit Sands and Gwbert to the south, all within a short drive. For a real treat visit the Cliff Hotel and its popular spa. The picturesque market town of Cardigan is near by, with its boutique shops and independent retailers, take in the riverside, Pizzatipi, for a pint and a meal or the, Theatre Mwldan, for a touch of culture.

The property is approached via a road that runs off a B-road. There is extensive parking at the property that can accommodate up to 4 cars. The parking is on a level area with gravel. The drive is on a slope. There is also a level space at the top of the drive for another car – this is directly outside the property. There are 11 steps from the large level parking area to the parking area directly outside the property. Once on the level area in front of the property a further 3 steps lead to the decking and into the front door. If parked at the top of the drive, there is an alternative entrance round the back of the property, where there is only one small step to go into the bungalow through the rear sliding door. The property is on a hill and so the rear garden is steep. There is a level patio to the rear with steps either side leading up to the lawned area of the garden. The property is a one-story bungalow. Patio furniture is on both the rear patio and the front decking. There are 3 bedrooms, one open plan kitchen/dining area, one family bathroom. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. External lighting system including PIR lights near steps and house name light activates at dusk. There is a local bus service near the property. Guide dogs welcome.
