Step into this picture postcard cottage, lovingly and sympathetically renovated it is stylishly furnished with beautiful fabrics in rich, warm red tones, the open plan living space is full of retained character, with beautiful exposed stone walls, beams and quarry tiled floor, the wood burning stove ensures cosy, relaxing evenings, whatever the weather. Stairs from the lounge lead to the bedrooms nestling in the eaves.

You have your own south facing, enclosed paved terrace leading to the pretty shared garden, but you are welcome to relax on the bench strategically placed so you can watch the beautiful Teifi River, which skirts the shared grounds and wends its way to the sea. The River Teifi is a haven for river and sea birds, spend your days exploring its banks which are a boat owners paradise and inspiration for the many artists and writers who choose this cottage for their holiday.

'We have just enjoyed a fabulous cosy family Christmas at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is the stuff of dreams and the location is perfect. We had great family meals at The Ferry Inn and became regulars at Crwst in Cardigan. This was the loveliest Christmas I've had for years. Thank you very much for everything being perfect including the gorgeous decorations. This was our second visit but we will definitely be back again' Dec 2018

'Despite very mixed weather we've really enjoyed our week. The cottage is lovely and very well resourced so spending more time indoors than originally anticipated which gave us the chance to relax, read and play games. One of the great pleasures of the place resides in being able to step outside and scan the estuary for wildlife.'

Richard, Julianne, Grace and Lily

We had a lovely holiday. Walking on the hills, flying a kite on Poppit Sands and enjoying a meal out at lots of different places! The cottage is really lovely and comfortable, we enjoyed several cosy evenings playing games with the fire lit. Would really recommend visiting Newport Sands and eating at the Seaglass restaurant at the golf club there, the food was great and the view over the beach was really fabulous. Walking up the hill behind Newport, Carn Ingli, is also really nice and has stunning views at the top! Thank you V and Gareth for making our stay so lovely, the cottage is so nice!

Eileen - Another visit to a cottage now becoming a second home. We love it here so much and have been blessed with lovely fine weather. Old haunts re-visited and family holidays in this area recalled, Cilgerran, Poppit Sands and Mwnt. The beautiful estuary of a magnificent area. Thank you for all you to make us so happy and comfortable. Charlotte - Our third visit 'away from it all' with my Ma and sister. Trips a-plenty down memory lane then back to the log burner to remember some more family tales. The area is beautiful to explore and the cottage calming and tranquil. Thanks for making us so welcome - again! Hannah - A lovely weekend away, beautiful walks and a cosy place to stay. Happy to sit and chat to remember relatives and times gone by. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Perfect in every way! We saw 2 Dolphins at Aberporth whilst having a picnic on the beach. Beautiful beach at Cwmtydu where we spotted a seal from the beach and a nice shallow stream for our Westie to swim in. Honey farm near Newquay worth a visit with live hives to observe and a meadery that smells amazing! Beautiful home-made cakes in the cafe too! Mwnt beach (dog not allowed in Summer) but definitely worth a visit for beautiful scenery. Cenarth village beautiful picnic spot with salmon jumping from the river! Best food we had was picnic items purchased at the St Dogmaels Tuesday market - especially the potted crab, fresh bread and organic cheese! Fish and chips in the village was gorgeous. Pizza at The Pizzatipi by the river in Cardigan - unique Tipi experience even in the rain! Gallery in Cardigan for food 'Pendrae Art' also lovely. The Ferry is good for a drink! Every person we have met has been so friendly and helpful - would love to be here at Christmas! Thank you do much for everything, our home from home in the most beautiful location, you are so lucky to live here.

Lovely cosy cottage, tastefully decorated with great colour co-ordination with the interior design. Country cottage garden very pleasant, and great location for views of the estuary. Recommended places to visit are: Mwnt Beach - beautiful location, sun-trap, parking at the top, quite a few steps to the sandy beach, must visit! St Davids -lovely small, quaint city. Tenby - lovely town, fantastic beaches. Newport - very nice, small town. Newquay - traditional harbour town with a nice, dog friendly beach. Poppit Beach - fantastic and great for dogs! Fish and Chips in St Dogmaels and also the Tuesday market is recommended. We've had such a lovely time exploring the area and this was the perfect base. Thank you Venita, its been really nice to meet you.

We have returned to a fantastic location, fantastic cottage and very special hosts! Keaton and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed our time. Folly Farm was fantastic and excellent value for the money. A fantastic way of spending Keaton's 3rd birthday! Much love and gratitude. Had a great time.

Emerson Family

Lovely cottage, delightful village, great walking and delicious local food to buy and cook. Hot and sunny all week - a great 'staycation'!

The Jarvis Family

Beautiful cottage with certainly a 'wow' factor! Lovely gardens, fantastic views to the river and convenient location to bus routes and main town. We visited the abbey, corn mill (with duck pond) and the visitor centre. Coastal walks were superb, and the wetlands visitor centre and gorge walks are well worth a visit. Aberaeron is a picturesque little town and is picture postcard perfect. A thoroughly enjoyable visit to a lovely part of Wales. The owners were very welcoming.
