For history buffs, a visit to the most famous attraction in the city, to St Davids Cathedral is a must. The cathedral stands on the original site of a monastery founded by Saint David himself. You can also pay a visit to Capel Non, a cliff-side location on the outskirts of the city named after Saint David's mother.

For walkers and wildlife spotters, you can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path from numerous locations across the peninsula with spectacular views of the coastline. St Justinians is also within easy reach where you can board wildlife boat trips to Ramsey Island. This RSPB nature reserve is a great day out with the possibility of spotting seabirds, seals and dolphins.
