About Ty Cuddfan
Ty Cuddfan or The Hiding Place is a super semi-detached contemporary holiday home set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Davids with views towards Carn Llidi, yet with all the facilities of this tiny City within walking distance.
This attractive house has a useful open porch to the front where you can sit to take your boots off after a walk or just relax with a coffee. Inside there is a modern, quality fitted well-equipped kitchen, while the sitting/dining room with large comfy sofa is ideal for relaxing, French doors open to the rear enclosed lawned garden with paved patio, the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal on a sunny summer’s evening. Stairs lead up to the light welcoming bedrooms above, the rear bedrooms offer views to the rugged headland and Carn Llidi over the roof tops.
Conveniently situated, a short walk via a footpath takes you to the heart of this popular tiny City, there is an excellent range of shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants to wander, a visit to the majestic Cathedral and ruins of the Bishops Palace are a must. There are a number of beaches to explore including Caerfai Bay and the wonderful Whitesands Beach, popular with surfers both beginners and professionals alike, as well as families, voted one of the best beaches in the world. There is even a seasonal beachside cafe where you can enjoy refreshments.
Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning rocky coastline on foot, there are a host of inlets, hidden coves and beaches to discover including Porthgain, Abereiddy with the Blue Lagoon, Aberfelin, Abercastle and Abermawr to the north, many with pubs and cafes nestling in pretty fishing villages, or to the east lies Solva and the fabulous Newgale Beach. Embark on a boat from St Justinians for a trip round the islands of Skomer and Ramsey, or enjoy a day trip to Ramsey and walk this wonderful bird sanctuary and nature reserve, the seal pups are a highlight of any September trip. There really is something for everyone, walkers, wildlife and bird watchers, while keen golfers will marvel at the amazing views from the greens at St Davids City Golf Course.

2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. Sheltered veranda situated directly in front of the main entrance door. One step into property through the front door. Alternative entrance at the rear of the property through the French doors into the living room can be reached through the wooden gate to the right of the house along a paved path. There is one step into the property. Garden to the rear has a small patio area and is mainly lawned. Ground floor facilities include, lounge/dining room, kitchen and cloakroom with wash hand basin/wc. Kitchen has extensive worktops, fitted appliances and a low-level oven. First floor, master bedroom has king size bed, TV, en-suite with walk-in shower (one shallow step). Double bedroom and bunk bedroom (adult size), bathroom with shower over bath. TVs in lounge and main bedroom with digital Freeview channels. High speed broadband via wi-fi Well-lit lounge with French doors to the rear offering extensive natural light. Ground floor, bathroom and en-suite have hard floors, with carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. Guide dog welcome. External lighting at front and rear.

Lovely new property in a great location - easy walk into town. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very new build with all mod cons. Good location to see the surrounding sights and beaches and the dog was happy too which is always a bonus.

Lovely modern house, in a quiet location with all the comforts of home, and just a few minutes walk to the heart of St. David's. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with even a Nespresso machine. Enclosed garden which was perfect for the dog. Easily accessible to all the amazing beaches and the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Perfect, would highly recommend.
