Had a nice holiday. We come every year also Christmas. Picton castle is worth a visit also Scolton Manor. We always feel at home here. Linda and Dave make us very welcome, we love the welshcakes. Hope to be back at Christmas.
We visited as a family group. - fourteen altogether and a dog spread between ploughmans, Gamekeepers and Drovers Cottage. We have enjoyed our week very much and have explored all beaches and walked most of the coast paths. All equally enjoyable but Marloes a favourite for the children. The Castle pub is highly recommended (Little Haven) good grub and friendly welcome. Also visited the Dinosaur Park near Tenby, Oakwood theme park, local leisure centre for swimming and badminton, national wool museum and general browsing arounf the shops in Broad Haven, Dale and Pembroke Castle. Lovely part of Wales and the good old british weather was kind to us most of the time! Lovely, comfortable cottages and great safe area for the dog. Other dogs made friends with her and she also had a great time running arounf the courtyard! We feel that we need to return as so much more to see!
We have had a wonderful time here once again, second valentines day here. We found Marloes beach and it was fantastic. The cottage is always outstanding and feels homely to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Thank you so much, it's only the second time we've been here and it already feels like a second home. We are extremely excited to come again and try out the BBQ and hot tub as me and my brother have already tried out the trampoline! Bob the dog has said hello and now we have had a chance to say thank you to Dave and Linda for our great stay. We have had a lovely time!
Thank you Dave, Linda and Bob the dog for a wonderful week in your beautiful cottage! This now our fourth visit and we plan to be back again in September. As ever, the cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have possibly needed, even the sun came out for this visit! Many thanks for an enjoyable week.
Our second stay at Upper Hoaten Cottages and it was wonderful. We were very lucky with the weather. Only rained overnight a few times. Spent the whole week on the various beaches just walking and exploring. Our Dog Bob is a real water baby, loves exploring the rock pools. Pembrokeshire never disappoints. Thanks to Dave and Linda.
We have had a fantastic week here, our first stay in Pembrokeshire. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed. The play area was a big bonus - the children have had a wonderful time making friends out there. We have had unbelievably good weather - warm and sunn 6 out of 7 days. Riding on the beach from Nolton Stable was fabulour. Loved all the beaches in the area especially Marloes Thank for a lovely stay.
Had a very nice week, weather not too bad. Love this cottage have been coming for a few years, always a nice welcome from Dave and Linda and Bob the dog.
Thank you for providing such a well appointed cottage in this beautiful area. We have been so lucky with the weather to enjoy walks on the coastal path and discover hidden treasures in this area which included the fantastic geological sites
Really enjoyed our week here in this lovely setting. Cottage very comfortable and the surrounding country side beautiful. We were fortunate with the weather and the dogs enjoyed their lovely long walks on the coastal paths as we did. Many Thanks
What a wonderful stay we have had here in such a homely cottage. We loved the finishing touches! Have had holidays in Pembrokeshire for the last 10 years but have always stayed Pendine and Amroth area, so this year decided to move up the coast a bit to save the travelling around as we l8ike this area and what a good choice we made. The girls thoroughly enjoyed their stay, especially when we stumbled across the Blue Lagoon!! Hope to be back soon and will recommend here to our friends. Thanks again.
We have had a lovely holiday in Ploughmans it is very comfortable 'home from home' infact
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was lovely as was the garden. Pity about the weather, but that certainly didn't put us off! The children enjoyed their first trip to Wales and we all look forward to returning in the future.
Really relaxing holiday in a lovely cottage. We appreciated the little touches to make the cottage home from home as well as the spacious accommodation. Marloes beach was a favourtie for humans and dogs. We also enjoyed watching the baby seals for Martin Haven. The dogs have had a fantastic time and it has been wonderful to have a holiday where they could have so much freedom and fun.
