Property located on first floor above The Swan Inn Pub which has seasonal opening times. Access to front door is via 10 external stone steps to side of pub and across the pub terrace. The pub terrace has stone flagstones and is flat. There is a chest high wall and railing across the front of the terrace which overlooks the bay. There is a short walkway of decking up to front door which may become slippy when wet or icy. There is full WiFi service. Windows are sash windows and single glazed. There is a step down from the front door to the hall. There are two steps to bedroom 1 and the bathroom and a step down to bedroom 2. There is also a flight of stairs leading off the hall down to a door to the ground floor pub. However there is no access to the pub via this door for apartment guests. Bathroom facilities include a toilet, basin, roll top bath and a shower. There are external lights off the terrace and a timed daylight lamp in the hallway. Guide dogs welcome. Set down/loading parking is available 25m away from apartment. There is a slope from the set down parking area up to the steps that lead to the apartment. Car Parking is in National Parks car park 200m away.
