Gannet House is a modern, semi-detached house tucked away in the heart of the popular village of Little Haven, less than 2 minutes walk from the beach. Comfortably furnished, the open plan living space has a modern, fitted kitchen and woodburning stove for cosying up on chillier evenings; both the kitchen and the light conservatory have French doors opening out to the sheltered, patio style garden which is perfect for catching the late afternoon sun and enjoying an evening alfresco meal while you admire the views. The pretty master bedroom has French doors and a Juliette balcony with a lovely aspect over the village, beach and out to sea. Lie in bed and listen to the waves breaking in the picturesque cove. There are a selection of pubs, restaurants, cafe, and access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path all on your doorstep, all set around this pretty sandy beach which is popular with water enthusiasts. Broad Haven with its golden sandy beach is only 1 mile away around the headland and offers further facilities as well as a watersports hire centre for the more adventurous. Gannet House is a wonderful holiday base whatever the season.

The property is approached via a B-road, then 1 mile of narrow lanes. There is a long but narrow drive with room for 2 cars. If you need space at the side of the car, passengers may find it easier to get out before turning into the drive; on the driver’s side there is more space at the end of the drive, by the patio. Main entrance door is via a concrete gentle slope, and the door is low-threshold. Alternative entrances through double French doors into living area or conservatory; both 1 step up from patio. Internal doors are all 800mm wide. Ground floor is open plan, apart from conservatory accessed by double French doors, and has wood effect flooring throughout. Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer with fridge above; mid-level oven with grill at eye level; floor level washer/drier; microwave on worktop. Ground floor open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well lit (natural and artificial). Ground floor hall and wet room style /shower cubicle/whb/wc have little natural light but good artificial lighting. TV/Sky and other audio visual equipment are operated by remote control. External lighting is movement-sensitive at side of house, and at rear operated from switch inside. Rear garden is fully paved and level with the gravel drive. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport (Puffin Shuttle bus) approximately 100 metres level walk away. Good mobile phone signal (Vodafone). Public telephone 50 metres away, slightly uphill.
